Gengar Games

I have known the owners for just over 4 years now and have supported the store since it has opened. I have come to be fairly dissapointed recently. It is unfortunate in the last while that when I am there playing Magic the Gathering in the week that they tend to badmouth some customers due to frustrations and have started doing the same to me. (They will talk poorly about me to friends or even pull faces at the mention of my name.) If I enquire about a games night, my messages get left unread and calls go to voice mail as they feel it is justified to speak poorly and treat me poorly as I have games nights with some mates at my house on the occasional friday night and they claim I am stealing customers from the store. I will not be going back to the store as they talk and treat people poorly. I got treated poorly as they couldn't have the monopoly of my time and since I had 2 people at my house on 1 Friday evening for some casual games.

Well what can I say Shane and his Team at Gengar Games always there to assist and help with getting you the card that you really after. They are such Good Honest Bunch of People as always.Trade Days must mention are so much fun with the whole lot as well. I highly recommend Shane and his Team in the Pokémon World. What an amazing experience! The owner here is honestly so welcoming and friendly. I have absolutely no idea about Pokémon cards, but I went with my hubby and Courtney was incredible — she showed me around, explained everything so patiently, and was so helpful. The atmosphere is just awesome and you really feel comfortable the moment you walk in. We’ll definitely be seeing you again very soon!

My experience with them has always been positive. Communication is clear, pricing is fair for the market, and they are professional in how they handle customers. They’ve always been helpful and respectful in their interactions. It’s great to see stores in our community working hard to provide products and service to collectors and players. Great one store and staff. Have spent months in their groups dealing with them and all forms of customers. Always helpful and welcoming. Purchased alot online and will one day be blessed to visit their store in person.
