Store is great as it is for buying experience but I’m leaving a 1 star review hopefully to bring attention how filthy dirty this store is, chairs covered in hair, little dust balls under the computer station where you trade your stuff in. Everything covered in thick layer of dust. The store just looks grimy like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, last two times I went there and used the bathroom it was barely passable as far as being cleaned and little to no TP. I don’t even think the floors ever get mopped. It’s very evident this store does not get clean even once week due to how much dust and grime buildup there, even the hvac tiles are caked in dust. Owner needs show little pride in his store and have it cleaned.

Best card shop in St. Louis. My girlfriend and I stopped while on a roadtrip and definitely the best game shop that supports yugioh I’ve seen in a long time. In general if you’re into a TCG I’d stop by. They have a really awesome staff. Noah was especially helpful.

Came in to sell my pokemon cards on 05/1/2026 and the guy wearing glasses was very unprofessional. He was trying rush me with selling my cards and he wouldn't take the time to look them up. They need to fire that employee because he is a horrible person and needs to do better. I've been to this store a few times and other employees are very nice and friendly but that guy with glasses he is not.

Good selection of plushies if you need fast otherwise you can order from pokemon center for substantially less. DONT sell cards here. They paid heavily damaged TCG price for NM. While Charging NM for LP cards. My daughter was excited so I brushed it off but $6 for a $20 card and charge $25 for a $9. Maybe just the employee I dealt with being inexperienced but definitely leaves a bad taste especially when spending quite a bit of money already today and especially the past few time I’ve been there. Not sure I’d even be willing to give another shot which sucks because they have a good selection but now it seems their pricing is rushed and over looked and probably not accurate. Could be isolated but it seems there is only 1 person doing pricing when I was there. The collector store in st.Charles has always been fair and generous to customers spending a lot of money. Hopefully they can correct this and be more attentive and educated when appraising people collectibles. Probably not coming here when time for the moonbreon.
