XPcollect

Ross and Emma were amazingly helpful and really engaging with us and others in the store. They both were so incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what things were and also interacted so well with my kids. This great experience is what brings me to leave this review today.

Great shop, very personable which is why they get the 2 stars. But didn't realize until afterward they swindled my son. Gave him 65% cash value on 151 sealed boxes. Abysmal. Also fleeced him on a trade, giving him 60% value and overcharging him on the card he bought. Overall, he accepted the deal. But 65% value on a box that has climbed significantly is a bit shady. Overall cool shop, just way to happy to increase their margins at the expense of a kids collection. Overall he won't go back, learning lesson to not simply trust someone because they share a passion.

Xpcollect is amazing! This is not your typical lgs. They genuinely care about the hobby and constantly give back to the community (most times at their own expense) which is unheard of in this poké economy. In summary, they have not gone over to the dark side of the poké force like most lgs. Please support the folks at Xpcollect!!

Great experience every time im in there, great knowledgeable customer service reps there, the card selection is always awesome great cards, top cards. Highly recommend visiting here for your poke needs definitely will be surprised and pleased with their selections.
