You guys are sleeping on this shop I stop 4-5 times a week on my lunch break and they are always willing to work with you. Just make sure you knock!

Very disappointing experience. The posted hours say 12pm–6pm, but after stopping by multiple times over several weeks, the business seemed randomly closed with no consistency at all. After reading other reviews, it appears this is a recurring issue and there’s always some excuse for why they aren’t open during their stated hours. Even more frustrating is that customer feedback doesn’t seem to be received well. Reliable hours and basic professionalism shouldn’t be this hard to expect.

Open every day 12-6. Showed up at 12:49 and doors were locked and nobody inside. Even knocked a few times. Dont waste your time go to Green Bay City Cards on military

Says they are open every day at 12, but padlocked at 235pm, 3/1, less than 30 mins from their scheduled pokemon day event

Purchased a couple items from this seller on WhatNot, and was banned after suggesting someone overpaid for a card. Bafflingly childish and poor business practices. A company in good moral standing would not silence people for expressing their opinions, especially when it was not aggressive, poor choice of language or violated terms and conditions. Unless they know they are wrong or have something to hide, seems shady to me. If they do not send me my items, I will provide a second review detailing that information. Edit: As you can see from their disgustingly out of touch and uninformed response they are a terrible, money hungry company. That was the first message I had sent in the chat, and was banned without warning. They didn't time me out, explain to me the situation, or even allow a second message. Rather than accept responsibility for their actions, they lie about the circumstances and play the victim, proving me correct and validating my feelings! Hilariously disturbing business practices and tagged by the owner himself to show he has no conception of how to run a business. No wonder they have 3.2 stars and only 26 reviews. If you want proof of the situation, feel free to email me, I'd love to dissuade any potential customers from wasting their money here! I already had WhatNot email me the chat logs, as they are saved as a part of the sales system, which is something the owner clearly did not do before typing this dumb response.
