Love the atmosphere of this place. Plus plenty of cool games to buy, they have a kitchen that sells food too. Also the Initial D arcade game is awesome.

If you’re looking to kill some time, play a few games, and browse around while waiting for lunch or dinner reservations, then this place is fine. But if you’re actually passionate about the hobby, looking to buy cards, or hoping to find a welcoming community, I would honestly recommend going somewhere else. My experience with the staff was disappointing. They came across as short, curt, and generally uninterested in helping customers. There wasn’t much effort to engage with anyone or make you feel welcome, which is especially disappointing for a card shop where the community should be a huge part of the experience. The selection was also fairly limited, so there wasn’t much reason for me to stick around. By comparison, OX Gaming is a much better option in the area. They have an online inventory, so you can actually see what they have before making the trip and even arrange to pick things up in person. Their staff has been much more helpful and approachable, and you can genuinely tell that they care about the community and the people who come through the door. OX Gaming also has a large amount of playing space in the back, which makes it a great place to actually enjoy the hobby. whether you want to play, organize your binders, work on a deck, or just hang out with other collectors and players. If you’re working on a master set, building a deck, or simply enjoy collecting Pokémon cards, I’d spend my money and time at OX Gaming instead. A card shop should feel like a place where enthusiasts are welcome, not somewhere you feel like an inconvenience for asking a question or wanting to look around. Bottom line: Fine for killing time. Not somewhere I’d go out of my way to shop or become part of the community. There are better options nearby.

Well Played Games Overall score: (2.37/5) BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING!!!! VERBALLY TOLD KNE PRIVE AND CHARGED A HIGHER ONE!!!! Overview: (2.8/5) Employee welcomed us in which is good. However they also were vaping the entire time we were there no matter how many customers were in the store / around. Games and merchandise are all priced EXCEPT tcg singles which are looked up on the spot for pricing which I’m not a fan of. This usually causes tensions with staff being pulled away for too long and prices, since above market after lookup on average, can be daunting and feel predatory to customers. TCG sealed product is marked up from retail and close to market but slightly below. Singles are marked up roughly $5 over market on all cards we inquired about. Selection is great in all aspects. Video games are clean, merchandise boxes are clean, and figures are average con prices. 1 party member during the visit was purchasing singles and was told “that card is ___ price.” For multiple cards making his total roughly $3 dollars and change. When he got to the cash register the employee charged him $5 dollars and change. That’s not right. Video game selection: great Figure selection: great Pricing: fair-moderate (above market pricing) Card selection: great Card pricing: moderate (over market) Bathrooms: (2.9/5) Bathrooms could use attention. Hair on seats, satins in bowls and on rims. No foul smells Store Cleanliness: (4/5) Store is clean and organized with an “A” sanitation rating. The reason I take off a point is because the employee was vaping the entire time we were in the building. Went with group and their consensus was the store had “poor - average” quality experience as a customer. The positives were the selection and organization. The negatives were the upped pricing. And the up charge at the register

I make sure to come here every time im home in Greenville. Fortunately this place happened to have exactly what I was looking for Evee and some of the variations/evolutions. Which was amazing because im trying to put together a set for my friends daughter. So I now am one step closer to assisting in that matter. Plus everyone here is super nice they always say hi when I walk in. And they'll price check stuff before you buy so you get current market rate for cards. Which is greatly appreciated when I look for yugioh and pokemon.

Been going here for a few years now. From the spot on firetower to where they are now. Absolutely amazing staff. very knowledgeable for what they do. Fair prices always on trade in and always willing to take an extra minute. Much like any game store they get busy but will always make time to get to you when it frees up. I highly recommend this for all your gaming needs, tcg needs, and just a place to chill and hang out.
