Wandering Mystic

Incredibly friendly store, and I love their combination aesthetic of gamer and gems/incense! Absolutely coming back anytime I'm in town!

We have purchased many board games and accessories from this location, the owner was always polite and very helpful. Recently my wife went to this store to buy a single pack of Pokémon for me for "Pawthers" day, because she knows it was a hobby I used to indulge in years ago with my Mom and Dad. They have both passed away within the last few years and she knows things have been rough lately, so she thought opening one would be a fun trip down memory lane and maybe regain some sort of connection with them. She was met with a hostile and rude employee that informed her in a very stiff and matter of fact way, they only sell to individuals with a child. My wife and I have been trying to have a child for almost 5 years. After 2 miscarriages (the second of which nearly killed her) we had to reluctantly stop our quest to be parents. She was told no, essentially because she is unable to be a mother. It broke her spirit. I understand scalpers exist, which is genuinely disgusting. But to deny someone one pack in such a way without knowing the story, is ridiculous.

Everyone in the area should visit at least once...per week ;-) They run many table top game sessions each week and have a great assortment of stuff you thought you did not need but actually it turns out that you do. It is run by and staffed with the kindest people you could hope to encounter. I hear they are expanding so why not help them with that by visiting and leave with something you need.

Amazing shop! The owners were so nice and welcoming, and had such a chill environment. They are relatively new, I think they said they have only been open 6 months (as of June 2024) so they don't have their sign yet, but they are there! Very knowledgeable owners and I loved the fact someone has put together a tabletop gaming store and a metaphysical store all together. We will definitely be coming back again whenever we are in the area.

This place is new and still coming along and even then, I have never entered a card shop with so much soul! There is a large room with COMFORTABLE seats and multiple tables for gaming and even a private room to rent out! It even is a spiritual and mystical shop for your pagan needs! You love Pokemon, Magic, Star Wars, and D&D, and various!!! You should come here and support! I can’t wait for even more wonderful things to evolve here! Thank goodness we got this in Kingwood FINALLY!
