Video Game World

This store has a kinda confusing layout. I was thinking that they would have all the manga on the furthest shelf to the left, but some of them are on shelves in the middle. The shelves don't have stickers with arrows on the sides or signs on the top to show which section has certain console games for each system on the shelves, which would be easier to navigate and people don't have to walk around the whole store to find what their looking for (which happened to me earlier). (Example: They would have an Xbox section, PS section, a Nintendo section, etc. going from newer games near the entrance to older near the glass cases in the back.) PSP, and ps4+ps5 games were not next to the other PS games, which is weird because the ps3, ps2, and ps games were all in the same aisle. When spaced out spots with not alot of games on the shelves, they make gaps between games and they don't move the remaining games next to eachother. Also some parts are just mainly empty anyway. Some of the games were priced a little bit higher by a few dollars then online from other stores or resellers. (Found a older photo taken by someone who posted the photo on here a few years ago showing that this store previously had sign's at the top to tell where certain console games are. This is what i mean by they should have signs above the games now or have something similar. The photo shows Wii U sign, two Wii signs, and a PlayStation 2 sign at the end.)

This was my second time visiting this location times and I am always able to find something super cool to add to my collection. They were super patient with me during my Pokémon card trades and figuring out what I was willing to part with. Good trade values and great card pricing, they had so many of my chase cards. Definitely wish we lived closer because we would be in all the time!

If you like pops and retro games, come to this store. Only took photos for my niece since she loves pops, but they have a vast variety of cartridges and disk games. As well as the consoles for those games.

Horrible experience!! Will not go back!! Went there to get 15 games resurfaced. Worker on the phone said he would buff them until they played. Otherwise I wouldn’t have to pay. He also said he would test them in store for me. Guy at store said he would not charge me if they don’t look buffed out completely and good. He took an hour to resurface them. I looked at them and over half didn’t look like they would play. Other half didn’t look very good either. After a quick glance he said they all looked fine. He refused to test them in store. Said I had to pay for all 15. I was forced to pay for service he didn’t do properly as promised. Went home. Had to clean all the wax and finger prints off before any would play. Got two buffed with my drill buffer and they finally played. Got 5 total to play. Other 10 are not working like they said they would. I filed dispute with credit card because they didn’t provide promised service. The store lied and said they did. DON’T SUPPORT THIS STORE!!

Nice place with a huge selection of Retro games (consoles, controllers, games and more) ... They have Atari games in their boxes 😲 Also a good selection of imported chips and candy. The other side of the store they have a good selection of Mangas, Plushies, necklace, keychains, and collectibles. Knowledgeable and friendly staff too. Update: This store still have the charm of having a nice selection of retro games and goodies for a nice present 🎁
