Video game trader #2

Great place to sell old games for some quick cash. Employees were solid and I was very happy with the amount I received for the games. Hands down better than GameStop or dealing with the hassle of selling online.

Video Game Trader boasts about having competitive prices for trade-ins, but they truly are terrible. I came in the previous week to sell an older PS4 FIFA game that is worthless and a used Switch 1 Pokemon ZA game. I was first offered $20 for both games, but then was offered $25. I decided to decline as I thought it was too low for me. I came in a week later to sell my brand new, unopened copy of Pokemon ZA for the Switch 2 and was offered $20 for it. They are going to sell it for the retail price of $69.99 and absolutely low balled me. These were cash prices, but still too low for a brand new game that was still in the factory wrapper. It doesn’t make sense to give me the same price for 1 game that is brand new when I got more for 2 used games and one was for the same exact game, but for the older console.

The worker with all of the piercings in his face is always rude. The people at the Buford location are much nicer.

This place is an efficiency version of their other store a few miles away. A lot of their prices are fair and pretty spot on, or under market value. The staff is Super Friendly and helpful. They carry something for ALL systems, new and old. I highly recommend swinging by to see if they have a copy of that 1 game you have been looking for.

Called twice on different days and spoke to Ben both times, he helped me out tremendously and answered every question that I had with an insane amount of patience as well as product knowledge. Can't recommend him and this store enough, thanks Ben!
