I made a large online order last Friday morning. I didn't automatically receive a confirmation email so I kept the browser open with the order confirmation. I checked all weekend and didn't see anything. I decided to send them an email Monday morning asking if my order had been received. That evening, I refreshed the browser and it said my order was canceled. Still no information was sent to my email or texted to me. Their website has a messenger link so I sent them a message asking why my order was canceled. I got an immediate response that it was due to "credit card issues". The money had already been taken from my account. After asking for further explanation, the only thing that was given was "because of the value and out of state address". I was told that their credit card company would be contacted the next day and information would be given to me after. They also promised that a refund had been started. I haven't heard back again since Monday after multiple messages to them. I'd also like to say, some of the product I order was listed at retail prices and probably had not been updated. If that was the case, all they had to do was reach out and see if we could come to a compromise. Either way, poor customer service and communications. Buyer beware. Edit since owner commented: If my order was flagged, why was I not notified? I had to reach out to find out what was up with my order.

I think this is going to be the place I go for my hobby shopping from now on. Everytime I have gone or called it's been a good experience. The place is a little hard to find but honestly the reason behind it is super valid and it's worth looking a tiny bit harder to find the location.

Unfortunately an absolutely horrible experience. Purchased some items from the website and the order got canceled later the same day with no answer. I called the following day and spoke with a woman that took my phone number and said he would call back. Never called back. Went up there on Saturday at 12:10 and no one was there, door locked.

Drove an hour to get there, couldn't find the place so I called and after they told me how to get there, they conveniently had stepped out for lunch and wouldn't be back for an hour. So we left never to return. Horrible location deep in a culdesac where nobody can find it. So never got to see anything or experience this place. Might be a cool place and the guy on the phone was nice, but damn. An hour drive just for nobody to be there.

Great guy. John was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and wholesome. Glad I fought my new hobby shop to go too. Ppl please read your maps. Wen you get to the cul-de-sac end stay to your left there a drive way by the lumber yard The shop is going to be to your right. Best prices in town
