Vanric Games

First time visiting Vanric and the whole experience was honestly based. Everyone was super nice and made me feel welcome right away. Eric runs a great shop and is officially my GOAT. Absolutely immaculate vibes—will definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience at Vanric. It was my first time there, and since I’m still fairly new to the game (magic) i had a lot of questions. Even though the owner was busy with store renovations and helping other customers, he still took the time to patiently explain everything to me and made sure I understood the game better without ever making me feel rushed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the prices were really good, and the store itself was clean, organized, and felt like a safe and comfortable place to learn and play. You can tell they genuinely care about their community and about helping new players feel included. It’s hard to find places nowadays with that kind of customer service and atmosphere. I was genuinely impressed, and we’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend this shop to anyone interested in gaming, whether you’re completely new or have been playing for years!

Vanric Games is such a cool environment for all TCG players alike. Had a competition in a New Type Challenge today among others from different counties and placed top 4 in a tiebreaker ending with me in the top 4. About a 56-60 minute drive from Gastonia, but well worth the gas. Prizing here is insanely good.

incredibly friendly and patient owner and staff. just sat with me for nearly two hours going through some decade+ old mtg cards i had in bulk to see if there was anything worth anything. very pleased with the outcome, as well as the professionalism. will definitely be back.

Vanric Games!!! Another wonderful place to enjoy your top table board games or TCG with friends. I never knew the store existed. Love the environment. The staff were very welcoming and above all they had a lot of good product.
