Valkyrie's Loft Toys and Games

I visited the store looking for Magic: The Gathering singles. The woman who assisted us was very helpful and welcoming, but unfortunately the male employee made my friends and me feel unwelcome. His attitude came across as dismissive, and it affected the overall experience. Additionally, the MTG singles selection was limited and didn’t meet expectations.

Kris from Valkyrie’s Loft provided truly excellent customer service and was able to get the item that I had wanted to me via the USPS really quickly and saved my campaign. I highly recommend this business.

Great selection, competitive prices, the staff (Justin) is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I definitely recommend stopping in for a peak around the shop, I’m sure you’ll find something for everyone 😁 (they recently extended their hours for in shop gaming!) I grabbed 2 MTG booster packs and browsed their binder of singles. Also noticed they had over a dozen different “EXIT” mysteries. 🥳

It's a pretty solid shop - great if your primary interest is in wargames - but only okay for board, TCGs, and TTRPGs. It seems they primarily serve the wargamers/ miniature game players. The store is reasonably well organized, but if you're looking for something specific you'll have to walk all the isles to find it. The store also feels a tad dingey; not sure if this is just the lighting, cleaning, or materials, but it doesn't feel particularly welcoming. Overall a perfectly fine game store that worth trying if you can't find something at your local shop. Or a great game store if you're looking for a local place to play Warhammer or similar games.

Valkyrie's Loft Toys and Games is literally THE BEST GAME STORE EVER!! The magnificent guy who helped me was named Jeff. Jeff was polite, courteous, respectful, helpful, and overall AMAZING!!! I felt so welcomed here, and the store was clean and organized very professionally and good. I had no issues navigating my way around the incredible store. The prices were fine, I didn't think anything was overpriced. Honestly, I think the prices of the stuff for sale in this unique store were a bargain. Here are some awesome things this store does on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: They have Paint 🎨 Nights on Mondays at 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, Game Nights on Wednesdays at around 5:30 PM, and Magic Nights on Fridays at around 6:30 PM to around 10:30 PM. They have a lot of Harry Potter-related items and Vinyl Mini Series of Unstable Unicorns. They had Willy Wonka stuff. They had Star Wars Stuff. This store has so much stuff, that I am positive that there is something for everyone. You can also bring your own games or play their games in this store!! I will definitely be coming back to this beautifully wonderful store, and I would recommend you pay this store a visit, because it is 100% worth your time, energy, effort, and money. Thank you Valkyrie's Loft Toys and Games for blessing America by being an exceptional store, and thank you for making me one of the happiest people ever to be born.
