I had a very good experience today, the person who was renting was very patient, kind, used a trustworthy app for the price and he showed me what price I was at. Felt very happy leaving with two psa 10 and a psa 9 and a mega greninja ex premium collection and a 2022 world championship Cheryl again box and a bright tide theme deck. Only for $400, would definitely come back.

This shop is the number one source for Pokemon cards in the area. Much of the store is dedicated to PTCG with cases from individual vendors, to TCG Player priced singles, bulk, and binders organized by type and era! One trip to USG had me chatting with some of the consignment vendors and browsing their more curated collections. Everyone there is friendly and passionate. My one qualm is that there have been times I’ve gone (both on busy game nights and slower days) where I struggled to get the attention of a staff member so I could make a purchase. One trip, I left discouraged after waiting for almost 30 minutes for some assistance. Otherwise, this is an excellent shop!

This store will scam you, I’ve placed an order from their tcgplayer account, It’s been over 3 weeks and I never received my order. I even gave them an extra week because they gave me a sob story of “we’re down one employee”. It’s a $3 order, I don’t even want a refund, I just wanted to give out a PSA to future customers. If they’re willing to scam me out of $3, you know they’re willing to take so much more from others. Edit: The owners reply is self-contradictory and lacks accountability. They stated that they have separate teams, departments and inventory for both the online and the physical store but I have to contact the latter if I want to get this issue resolved, not the former. Yet they reiterated that it’s not the fault of the physical team for my issue but it is now their responsibility to fix it, all while shifting the entire blame to the online team, essentially throwing them under the bus and keeping themselves clean of this matter. If “Ultimate Spice” is all under one ownership, then you’re clearly the problem. Not the system of separated teams, departments, and inventory or your team members. This is clear example of negligence and lack of accountability from the owner. Horrible mismanagement and terrible leadership. An actual apology and a real solution would’ve been all I needed. Instead, I have the owner of the business redirecting me, blaming the “system” they made or chose to put in place and worst of all, throwing team members under the bus, all for a $3 card.

Best card shop in Sacramento be far!!! They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and inviting. Love how they hold multiple types of TCG tournaments. They have a wide variety of cards to include Pokemon, One Piece, Magic and more. This is a must stop by gaming/card shop!

My review for this store is based on my experience with the multiple vendors at this venue. From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted and repeatedly asked if we needed any assistance or were looking for something specific. We were immediately shown products to browse as we continued our Prismatic Evolutions master set journey. Every vendor was not only helpful but also generous, offering us great deals on our purchases. While I may not remember all of the vendors’ names, I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for making this such an amazing experience. I highly recommend everyone beginner collectors to advanced. I am looking forward to doing more business with you all in the future.
