Turtle Power Games

Just go to Video Games Etc across the street it is a FAR better experience selection AND customer service-wise. I have never in my 10+ years of going there had a single bad experience going, they are always kind, fair, and knowledgable. Plus their trade in program is fantastic!

I’m a really big fan of this store. The owner is always super chill, very knowledgeable and if he’s not busy with another customer he’s great to talk with. Generally I’m stopping in for Pokemon slabs, singles or packs. Usually has a pretty good selection on display as well as bulk that they happily let you check out. Prices are super reasonable and the owner always seems very willing to work with you on a price. Never once when I’ve been here have I gotten any “nice guy” vibes or felt like I was being talked down to. I also think it’s neat that they’re doing movie nites. I appreciate the fact they’re trying to make some community. If I’m in town, I’ll always stop by. Def recommend

Really disappointed with this place. Usually the staff is very friendly, however recently I bought a game from this place. I asked the people behind the counter twice if the game was a legitimate copy and both times they said it was. Even telling me they don’t bring in repos, and that the reason the game was suspiciously cheap was just because it didn’t come with the box. I find out later that this is actually a fake cartridge, functioning but not legitimate. Within a week I called ahead asking if I can do a return, I still have the receipt, and I get a no problem. I come into the store and the person in tells me that they shouldn’t have told me it wasn’t a repo, they can only do an exchange, no returns. I explained that this was bought because I was specifically told it was legit, didn’t matter to the person.

Pretty good store in all but I got a battery for a New 3ds XL was given the wrong one My fault I should have paid attention, went back and told them about it, and told him it's fine or whatever, but they told me they could order one and give it to me, since from what he said that batteries are different because of the years it was made which is totally wrong You just gave me the older generation of 3DS battery when I have the newer generation of it. That's why it says New 3DS XL, Not to mention he damaged the shell of it a bit, so I had to order a new one. It was cheap but he did mess it up trying to pull off the back when I was trying to do it myself but he wouldn't let me, That's when I was noticing he was damaging it. It's been 3 weeks no call back, would give you better review if you guys actually knew what you were doing and didn't lie to customers.

I've been here a few times and the guys are very welcoming and knowledgeable when I ask questions about certain games. Good selection of (magic, pokemon, digimon, yugioh, etc) cards and games for just about every console including nostalgic PC games, and also movies. I really enjoy shopping here and hope this place stays in business for a long time!!
