Troll And Toad

This is the worst website to order TCG cards from. Their support team seems to be non existent, I sent them two emails and it's been almost two weeks and still haven't heard from them. I tried them out for the first time and the cards I ordered came unsleeved and just piled on top of each other. Come to find out every card I ordered in near mint condition were damaged, multiple scratches, dents, and the cards were clearly heavily played. Do not use them, BUYER BEWARE!!

We have done many buy list with this company and it’s always a long slow process. Always takes way longer than promised to get paid. They always pay less than what was first said. This is the last time we will deal with troll and toad. We have waited well over 3 months for payment on cards we sent out. Zero communication on what was taking so long until February 11th. They sent a email stating they completely stopped all buy list payments due to a glitch in their system. Letting customers know that instead of telling them to continue to be patient would have been nice. 0 stars for this company. Do not recommend. 👎🏻

Straight scammers. I sent in approximately 1000 cards recently. Their offer was about $400 they rejected my cards without really giving me any reason as to why. They then messaged me and asked me if I wanted to pay the shipping and have my cards returned or just let them keep my cards. I obviously wanted my cards back. It took about four months for me to get my cards back. When I received my cards, they are significantly sure what I sent it. Upon further inspection, they took out the good condition, mid to high value cards and sent me back commons. I am definitely glad that I printed out an extra copy of the body list. I am currently going through one by one to identify all the missing cards. I have used them in the past. And I have sent them cards in varying condition, and they have always made me in my opinion a low ball offer but thought they were good for thinning down my collection. After this though, I will be looking elsewhere to sell my cards. I highly recommend you stay away from this company.

Do NOT sell to them. Like others experiencing the same, I sent $400.00 worth of cards through the buy list and they came back stating the pack fresh cards are not near mint. Fine, I asked them to ship the cards back (which they made me pay for shipping) and send over the money for the cards they accepted. It’s been months and I’ve yet received my cards back or the money from the buy list. They have now ignored my emails and no other updates have been provided. I’ve purchased and sold cards in the past and never had any issues but this is HORRIBLE. Never again!

Some decent prices for purchasing, but would not recommend trading here unless you are prepared to receive less than offered. I submitted cards which spent their entire lives in sleeves and they were accepted as "played". EDIT: Downgraded to 1 star. Tried to spend my trade-in credit on single cards, which never arrived. They gave me a refund, but only for the portion I paid with a credit card which amounted to $2. Did not respond to my email asking if my credit would be refunded. Effectively traded in my cards for nothing.
