This shop is pretty okay. The inventory is usually more or less the same whenever I go in, maybe a few new figures, but it seems like most of the stuff they have doesn't sell quickly due to high pricing. If you look really hard, there are actually a few solidly priced items that aren't above fmv. I've done my fair share of trades in here, Danny is usually really good about trade or cash offers, but he kind of insulted me with his last offer. If you want to slow down on buying, I understand that, but don't insult me with an offer of 40 bucks on approximately 200 dollars worth of stuff when you usually are more fair with your offers. Just decline me next time if you aren't trying to buy much. Maybe also just tell me yourself instead of having Casey deliver the bad news. I've dropped a good amount of money in this store and brought in some excellent product, I'd like that to be remembered and appreciated, not be seen as a dollar sign for you to profit on. It also doesn't help that I'm told a figure is one value when they buy it off of me and then it's marked up even more when it hits the floor sometimes. Casey is excellent, and I have no problems with him, he's always been helpful. It's not worth selling anything that's not Uber rare here, the ONLY items that you get 50% trade or cash on has to be a higher dollar item. All I'm saying is there's a difference between needing to make money and just taking advantage of people. I will not be coming back.

Excellent selection of toys, collectibles, and cards. Friendly staff help answer questions and keep things running smoothly. Items are priced fairly which makes it easy to stock up on funkos or Pokémon. I highly recommend dropping by to see what they get in next!

Amazing place. Just amazing. My friend and I both knew our bank accounts were going to be in trouble. This place has it all. Some Nintendo consoles, Dreamcast, even saw an Atari. Nice collection of Funko pops if that is your bag. I was showing my daughter a lot of the older stuff they had, telling her I grew up with this stuff. Friendly staff. Will be going back for sure.

I’ve only been in here a handful of times but each time I’ve been more and more disappointed. The people are the counter are either playing video games or just completely ignoring the customers who come in. Me and my husband stood at the counter trying to get someone’s attention about the games in the case for 10 minutes. Someone they knew came in well after us and they prioritized him over helping us out. I had picked a few things out and was about to pay, I had noticed a few alibis behind the counter and asked if I could see them. He was audibly and visually upset that I even asked about it. Why work somewhere if you’re just gonna get pissed off when people ask to look at something. They rung me up and then forgot to charge me for the poster I had grabbed. He and what I’m assuming a manager started arguing in front of me about it and was pissed off that I still wanted to buy it. I will never spend my money in here again. It’s a shame cause it’s so close to my house but, every experience I’ve had is awful. Do better, being a decent human isn’t hard.

My husband and I come here whenever we get the chance, and it’s easily one of our favorite places to visit on his days off. The shop is close to our home on the west side of Phoenix, which makes it even better. Every time we walk in, we’re always greeted and feel genuinely welcome. We love browsing because the inventory is always changing — they’re constantly buying new collections, so you never know what you’re going to find. We mainly collect vintage toys, though we pick up some modern pieces too. My husband and I have different tastes, but we almost always both find something we want. He’s into vintage Transformers and G.I. Joe, while I love Masters of the Universe and a lot of 90s-era collectibles. I even scored some old Fangoria magazines recently, which was an awesome surprise. The owners are incredibly knowledgeable, and my husband really enjoys talking with them. We’re around the same age and share a lot of the same interests, so the conversations are always fun and genuine. Pricing has always felt very fair for vintage toys, and the store itself is consistently clean and well organized. If you like a mix of vintage and modern collectibles, this place is absolutely worth a visit. We’re honestly not sure what some of the negative reviews are referring to — we’ve never had a bad experience here and always look forward to coming back.
