Upon entering the shop on Wednesday I immediately noticed how busy and lively the store was. We learned through talking to Gibson that they host events a few times a week and that it stays pretty busy on those nights. Gibson was so kind and patient and made sure to explain the answers to any questions we had. He seemed very knowledgeable and even gave us some friendly helpful tips. What we truly appreciated was he was able to help us with what we were looking for even though it cost less than the item we originally wanted. It made us feel seen as customers to know he wasn’t just trying to sell us an item we didn’t need just because it would make the shop more money. He even gave my two year old a little sheet of pokom stickers which kept her busy for a while.

I just finished a Release event for the One piece TCG at my favorite card shop. I have a ton closer to my place but this shop is in such a cool area and the staff is really nice! I appreciate that I can bring my wife in because she feels safe at this card shop. And they have the best prices in trade ins!

There are better shops to go to. They low balled the hell out of me on brand new cards on a new set that just dropped and tried to increase the price of the set itself in the same transaction. Everything on the shelves is scalper prices, even the brand new Pitch Black set. They also can’t agree what price to set things at. My first time at the store was yesterday and I purchase a YGO booster box for 75, pulled some decent cards but cards i didn’t care for so i decided to bring my business back and sell those cards for another Booster Box and try my luck again. The man at the counter told me they buy YGO at a lower rate then proceeded to try and charge me 80 for the exact same booster box i had purchased the day before. I inform him i was just here and i was charged 75. He tells me “i can do 75 this time but next time is 80.” So im a new customer who’s also now a repeat customer and i get a 5 dollar increase on a new set that they have plenty of stock of. And also low balled on a brand new cards from the new set. Amazing customer experience here, way to give people major scalper vibes. Please sell your cards elsewhere.

I like this place but the customer service kind of sucks, they just ignore you till they feel like helping, some prices can be high but they have to make profit somehow. Unfortunately opened a perfect order booster and found this pack already tampered with and half open so unfortunately they lost my trust.

i’m so glad to have found this place! i was looking for a shop in redlands that had bulk pokemon cards and this was the perfect place! the staff were welcoming and nice. it was a big place with plenty of seating for people to play. there’s also snacks and drinks for purchase. their pokemon bulk was sorted in boxes based on packs. i was able to get 11 cards for $2! they also have a catalog for illustration cards that you’re able to look through. i will be sure to come back to sort through the bulk again and to look at their other binders :)
