Stop by this afternoon to pick up a copy of FIFA 14 because mine had stopped working. Demetrious and Eric were so incredibly professional and patient. They helped me troubleshoot my system and even resurfaced my discs for me. It was awesome to have two people that felt like they were invested in solving my problem, not pushing a sale on me! I will definitely be back and will highly recommend the store to everybody I know.

Just stopped in here to sell some of my older consoles and a few games. The owners were super nice (didnt catch their names unfortunately) and they gave me an unexpectedly great deal on my Wii, Will U and old Xbox 360. Definitely going to stop by and grab some things when I get my GameCube back and take it to them to get it fixed up! Thank you!

Unfortunately , had to come in to sell a couple old handhelds I had, as I needed some cash to get me by until my next check, in these difficult times lol. But i was nevertheless excited to come in here and see what they had at this new location as I had been one of the first customers when they opened up their first location back on laurens road. Even got a t shirt with my purchase. So anyway , I figured I would come over here instead of driving all the way down to the video game cavern. But yeah, it was just not a very comfortable experience.The owner was not very personable at all. Didn't really speak to me. I'll try to give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he was having a bad day.We all do. But damn I'm coming in here to get rid of something.I don't really want to get rid of that has some sentimental value, the least you could do is be somewhat friendly. I'm not a drug addled thief.I'm a father. I don't know.It just did not leave a good taste in my mouth.

What a super cool store. 40 year old game consoles. Stuff I grew up playing. Just super cool. And the staff being knowledgeable about it really surprised me. It was so iconic walking into a tote like this. Brought me back to when I was 6-7 years old. Really super cool.

I just left less than an hour ago... I don't often leave reviews, but I was so blown away by my experience here. The customer service was absolutely top-notch—warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me. As a collector, I'm always on the hunt for great finds, and the prices here were simply unbeatable. If you're a fellow enthusiast, you have to check this place out!
