Titanforge 3D Printing and Hobbies

A great atmosphere to game in! Plus, the only shop to offer riftbound Nexus Nights (Wed) in the burg. Always super kind to my children and offered a warm welcome to someone (me) getting back into TCG's after a long time away. Love this place!

I did not feel my project was taken seriously. Each time I called, staff did not seem to recognize my name and the project continued to be delayed or pushed aside. I followed up every few days through calls and emails, but responses were inconsistent. Eventually, I was told they were unable to complete the work. I was also disappointed by the lack of professionalism during the final conversation.

Id like to rate this much higher.. now customer service is great but both times ive gone in they've been out of very simple and basic color filaments that are used frequently in most prints and when asked they have no idea when or if an order was placed. Like most we know can get orders in bulk online cheaper but im all for supporting a local business instead but this makes it difficult when basics cant keep in stock. I would love to see that change and be a fixture in the 3d printing community and I would redo my review until then im back to just bulk ordering unless in a pinch. Call first to check in on stock.

I had a great experience with Titanforge 3D's commission printing services. Firstly, upon walking in the door, the staff greets you like you've been a regular there for decades. The folks I worked with were knowledgeable and communicative, and my commission was completed within a week. When I had complications with a 3D printed component, Erin was quick to help get it reprinted and put me back on track!

Stopped in as I just picked up 3d printing as a hobby a month ago. It was my first in person print shop that I've visited and both gentlemen were knowledgeable and friendly! They also have some trading card game packs and supplies. Overall a really cool atmosphere being able to see some printers up close and personal and get some questions answered.
