Nicole was very informative and helpful while I was in the store! They were able to give me a few recommendations for some good stores but have Pokémon singles, And sealed product. They mentioned that those stores have a fun welcoming Pokémon community! Plan the trip to the store. If you're looking to buy some product exclusively from them or spending a day in the newport, because you do have to pay for parking.

Good gaming store with a wide range of products. Plenty of board games and accessories if you are in the market, a wide range of TCG products, and model kits for those interested. The store also hosts a lot of events for TCG’s and has plenty of room to play, also well ventilated which is a plus. Ask for parking validation if plan to hang around and play.

Amazing staff, selection and environment! Great place to go and play a few games of your favorite TCG or get your tabletop needs! They have a great selection from buildables, to mini figs, to card games! Love this store so much!

Ive been to the new location several times now with each experience worse than the last. This time I asked about some higher end cards being placed in the case and when asked about their price was told to check tcg.. then they walked away and just kept glancing at me from across the room. After standing there for several minutes I asked someone working on the computer for help and they were incredibly helpful. This location is cursed at the levee for these types of businesses and I just feel that good customer service is incredibly important to have returning patrons. If someone asks for the price on a high end card you should try to fulfill the sale rather than walk away and leave them standing there for 5-10 minutes. Perhaps it was just a bad day, but the store was pretty dead and it was incredibly awkward all in all. Edit: There was a lady with black hair that put the cards in the case. Told me to check tcg and walked away. Other nicer person was a blonde lady at the computer. Either way, just standing there with no interaction is kind of weird.

I want to start off with saying I have been to this store a handful of times over the last few months. Pleasant experience each time, really nice layout and variety. Today was not quite as enjoyable as I went to purchase a product that was readily available in plain sight, but was told it was being held for regular customers. I'm sure i am far from the most frequent visitor as I live a little bit away, but to drive all the way here to buy something, only to essentially be turned down leaves a sour taste in your mouth. While the practice seems good in theory, it's a bit discouraging for new/semi new customers who spend their off days searching shops for their already niche hobby after finding nothing anywhere else. I'd like to visit this store more often or again, especially given I can find the products I want, but after my most recent visit, I am unsure.
