The PokeShop Buy Sell Trade

I would **never buy from this shop again.** Yesterday I paid **$1,150 plus tax** for a Pokémon booster box. The first box they handed me had extremely loose shrink wrap and what appeared to be melted/resealed plastic on the bottom. I walked all the way back in from my car and told them I wanted another box because it looked re-wrapped. They gave me a second box. That box had a **hole in the back of the shrink wrap**. I questioned it, but ultimately gave them the benefit of the doubt. I brought it back and opened **every single pack live on stream, on video.** **Not one holographic. Not one hit. Nothing.** An entire booster box. Afterward, I started reading through other customer reviews, and apparently **I am not the first person to raise concerns about products purchased from this business.** At this point, I have the receipt, the box, the packaging, and **the entire opening recorded from beginning to end.** For **$1,150 plus tax**, this is absolutely unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint with the **Better Business Bureau**, and I am also considering filing a complaint with the **Wisconsin Bureau of Consumer Protection** and providing them with all of my documentation. **Buyer beware. I personally would not purchase sealed Pokémon product from this shop again.**

One of the best shops in MKE area! Staff is great! They give great trade in value. They take care of active players. They welcome new players. Come through and have fun ans spend money. I am so glad I found them and the Lorcana community they have grown!

Bought a Vivid Voltage booster box here and every pack was very obviously resealed. Each pack was supposed to have 10 cards, many had only 9 cards, one pack had 2 code cards. Very disappointing

Can’t recommend this place enough. Prices are extremely reasonable, trade values are higher than I’ve seen anywhere else, and the owner/employees love what they do which makes the environment there so welcoming. Brought in a few of my childhood doubles and the owner not only gave me a great deal for store credit (like $700 more than another shop) but he threw in a few free packs and stuff. Went in today as a return and got both the SIR charizard and Gold Charizard in the same booster box. The owner was equally excited and happy for me. Great guys and even better prices. 11/10.

Shop had a really great variety of products but prices were really insane compared to other stores we have been to in the past. I would definitely not recommend selling/trading your cards here, the price I got was fairly low (considering other expenses) While staff was friendly it was very busy and hard to move around the store with people everywhere. Overall, if you’re looking for hard-to-find sealed products, I’d recommend, but other than that this wasn’t the most enjoyable place to find fun Pokemon products.
