The Merchant Vault is a newly opened, dedicated brick-and-mortar retail hobby and tabletop gaming store located at 1519 E. Judge Perez Dr. Ste 1, Chalmette, LA 70043. Our primary operational goal is to establish the premier destination for trading card game communities and organized play within St. Bernard Parish and the Greater New Orleans area. Our physical storefront features a clean, highly professional, and welcoming retail showroom with dedicated glass showcase displays for trading card games, accessories, and hobby supplies. Adjacent to our retail footprint, we feature a permanent, well-lit organized play space. This dedicated play area is equipped with safe, clean, and comfortable tables and chairs that provide a standard capacity baseline of 12 permanent seats, completely optimized for running local tournaments, league play, and prereleases. Our store features essential infrastructure, including a clean, accessible public restroom and a high-speed, reliable internet connection to efficiently run digital event software. We have strategically identified Disney Lorcana as a foundational core title for our store's community growth strategy. Our local market in Chalmette has a high density of casual families, Disney collectors, and dedicated TCG players who currently lack a local, officially sanctioned home to gather, trade, and play. To serve this demand, we are launching a structured, consistent Weekly Disney Lorcana League night. This program will be heavily oriented toward building an inclusive, casual, and family-friendly environment that guides new players into learning the game, while giving collectors a safe environment to trade. Furthermore, by opting into the Set Championships, we intend to provide our community with a consistent pathway toward premier-level competitive store play, ensuring our players have immediate local access to exclusive Ravensburger prize structures. We manage our real-time stock levels, customer data, and sales transactions utilizing Square as our primary Point of Sale (POS) system. Additionally, we have a fully vetted, authorized wholesale account with Southern Hobby Distribution, whom we have officially designated as our preferred primary distributor to receive and scale our Disney Lorcana allocations. Our digital presence is actively updated across our website and social media networks to communicate tournament structures and supply updates. We are fully prepared to adhere to all Ravensburger hobby store terms, guidelines, and event reporting rules to ensure a premier experience for the Illumineers in our community.
