Pathetic and rude customer service. Store was empty but one guy playing a game on his laptop. I had to ask if he worked there and he mumbled yes and didn’t even acknowledge me. Long story short I put back my products so I wouldn’t have to pull him away from his game. If this place survives off events fine, but from a consumer standpoint you have top deck 5 minutes away and the official warhammer store 10 minutes away where there the workers gladly help and take pride in their store and customer service.

A great place to try out board games! The Guild Hall has spacious tables and comfortable seating, making it stand out from many other LGS and board game cafes in the area. Their board game library is expansive and I appreciate the online list of games to plan ahead. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I travel out of Philly specifically to play here. A great spot for board game enthusiasts!

Nice board game store. Tcg mtg, dnd, and war hammer stuff as well. No flesh and blood stuff. Side note: Completely ignored and not acknowledged the whole time I was exploring the store with my partner. Not even a "hello". Not a good feeling when a store won't acknowledge you.

A great and super fun place to to spend time at. Really expansive boardgame library for a decent and pretty affordable price to play, especially with friends. It has a wonderful atmosphere and is in a very convenient location with the mall food court nearby. Tables and resources that are great for board games, wargames, card games, etc. I come here regularly and you can use the tables to bring your own boardgames to play with anyone else for free which is great. Definitely come here and support em!

Absolutely love this place. Located in the mall by the entrance to hashhouse, a deceptively large space with a huge library to rent and play as well as a great selection of games to buy. With the average game costing $30 to over $100 it's great to try a game out before making the financial commitment. The guys who run it know their games and are quick to recommend something for you. I wanted something new and I told them what games I've played and what types of games and they recommend a game that I ended up loving. Everything is clean and bright. The chairs and comfy and the tables are nice and big. A great spot to hang out with friends and/or pick up a game to take home. They also have a selection of Warhammer, DND, dice, pathfinder, and even Gundam models. They also have a supply of mtg and pokemon cards for sale. Friendly owners, clean space, great selection. Highly recommend.
