Super nice staff, great selection for a newer store! Love to go in and just shop around.

New location rocks. Great setup for small groups. A little bit of something for everyone. Catch Jesse there on weekends and he’ll teach Blood and Bone. Hands on instruction. Fun atmosphere.

You completely moved the goal posts in that response and I will respond accordingly. 1. Why do you only care about the packs being damaged and not the box? I ordered sealed boxes, not loose packs. You didn’t mention anything about that in the email. 2. Tears and significant structural damage to the boxes are not “minor dents.” Again, nothing about that mentioned in the email. 3. If you’re concerned about not getting product back, why offer returns on anything? Just treat the item like a normal return and don’t refund me if I don’t send it. It’s literally not that hard. 4. How much you spent on insurance is irrelevant, you could have spent 1/10th of that money on packing material and avoided this issue completely. You’re obviously not gonna do the right thing and are being dishonest so I am making my negative experience clear to the public.

Spent $1600 on an online order, items arrived damaged, and they refused to accept a return due to “scam tactics.”It’s literally the bare minimum to make sure the items in the box are snug, and you’d think with such an expensive order, they would use more than 3 pieces of bubble wrap. Just an extremely disappointing buying experience. Would not recommend buying anything online from this store.
