The Feisty Goblin Gamehouse

The customer service at this shop is amazing, and they made the process of selling some bulk cards so easy. Can't wait to be back again soon! Emily (with the Rin and Seri deck) was awesome too. The vault is one heck of an experience, and they have a great variety of consoles at great prices.

This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, it will probably be my last. The store itself was nice, but the way the situation with the artist missing their flight was handled was really disappointing. I had been in contact with the store throughout the week and even asked questions before making the almost two-hour drive. From what I understand, it was known around 2:00 p.m. that one of the main attractions wasn't going to make it to the 7:00 p.m. event. Instead of posting that information on Facebook or your website where everyone could see it, it was only shared on Discord. Not everyone uses Discord, so a lot of people, including us, had no idea until we arrived. Of course I was disappointed after driving that far. What really bothered me, though, was the owner's attitude toward my wife when she simply said, "Really?" after hearing the news. We weren't being rude—we were just frustrated after spending the time and gas to get there expecting something different. I understand that travel issues happen, and I don't blame anyone for a delayed or canceled flight. But better communication and a little more understanding toward your customers would have gone a long way. I hope this is something that's handled better in the future because no one wants to make a long trip only to find out the main reason they came isn't there.

The Feisty Goblin is an absolute gem for any Magic: The Gathering player! Whether you’re looking to buy singles, boosters, or supplies, their selection is fantastic and the prices are fair. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable — they always offer great recommendations and are happy to answer questions. It really shines as a place for events though. The pre-releases and sealed tournaments are top-notch: well-run, competitive but super fun, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Everyone from new players to veterans feels right at home. If you’re into MTG, this is easily one of the best local game stores around. Highly recommend! 🎲

I recently moved to the area and wanted to sell some old Pokémon cards. They have a friendly atmosphere and were very friendly overall. They also gave me fair pricing for my cards. Would definitely do business with them again.

The Feisty Goblin Gamehouse is a fantastic place to visit! I checked it out on a friend’s recommendation and was really impressed. They have a wide variety of games and models—from D&D books and minis to Warhammer supplies and Gundam kits. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re just getting started or already deep into the hobby. While I was there, a card game tournament was going on, with players of all ages and skill levels, which created a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience with reasonable prices—I’d definitely go back!
