The Collector's Cave

Of all the card shops in Staten Island, this one is my favorite so far. We've only been here twice but despite that, Dylan remembered us from the first visit! He's super polite, professional, and truly passionate for TCGs. Pricing is appropriate and fair, and there's no pressure to buy anything if you're unsure. Their selection is pretty wide, too. They've got raw and graded cards with a focus on Pokemon and One Piece, and a bit of other TCGs. On top of that, these guys are family friendly and donate to kids! Today, my daughters were each given VeeFriends packs and they pulled a serialized card! It made their day and solidified my preference for where I'll go for all my TCG needs!

As someone who's pretty new to Pokémon collecting, walking into a card shop was honestly a little intimidating at first because I had no idea what I was looking for or where to start. But my experience at The Collector's Cave completely changed that. The bearded guy with tattoos, couldn't remember his name, especially took the time to answer all of my questions, explain things in a way that was easy to understand, and help guide me toward exactly what I was looking for. You could tell he was genuinely passionate and knowledgeable, and he never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. Instead, he made the whole experience fun and exciting. I ended up leaving with exactly what I wanted and a lot more confidence as a new collector. It's rare to find a place that feels so inclusive and enthusiastic, whether you've been collecting for years or you're just starting out. If you're into Pokémon cards, or even if you're completely new to the hobby like I am, I can't recommend The Collector's Cave enough. I'll definitely be back!

I’ve been going to this place for a while now, and all i gotta say is how great of an atmosphere it is there, and the amount of stuff they got is crazy. They always hold some type of tcg almost everyday of the week bringing community together, so if you’re into playing card games like pokemon, one piece, etc. You better come, and if you’re looking to collect, they got everything, you ask for something they’ll probably have it, and if you were thinking of grading cards to PSA, if you didn’t know, Collectors cave is the Islands one and ONLY official psa grading service. Come on in, make friends, say hi, collect, play, do whatever you want, it’s great 👍

One of the best shops here in the island! Reasonable pricing, super friendly staff and making you feel welcomed! The tournaments they hold are super fun! Highly recommend checking it out!

Finally, an amazing place in a great location in Great kills. The collectors cave has a vast amount of cards and memorabilia that sure to bring out the kid in you. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and my son spends many days here searching for the perfect card. Great for any hobbies I would highly recommend the collectors cave if you’re in the area.
