Would like a chance to actually shop here. Multiple times I’ve shown up and they were closed. Check the websites, see the hours, walk over and they are closed for some reason. Just today the website said they were open until 4. Walked over and they were closed by 3:24. Lady walking out the door said they were closing. I mentioned the website and she was just like “yeah well we’re closed”… like seriously? Last week they were closed almost the whole week but nothing reflected in their website.

Literally the best there is in NYC. Automatic classic shop and bakery in the neighborhood. Glad I visited

This is a hidden gem for pokémon and magic the gathering. The community here really made me feel welcome when I was first getting into each game, and I couldn't be more appreciative that this is where I learned to play. I keep coming back every week for the reasonable prices and friendly environment. The bakery is also a plus!

The Collector Cubby is hands down one of the best trading card shops I’ve been to. From the moment you walk in, it feels like a real community, welcoming, friendly, and genuinely excited to help collectors at every level. The location is super convenient, the atmosphere is always on point, and everything is set up in a way that makes you want to hang out, browse, and talk cards. What really sets this place apart is how flexible and accommodating they are with scheduling and events, it makes it easy to stop by even when you’re busy. And the pulls? Let’s just say The Collector Cubby brings the luck, consistently great hits and an overall experience that keeps you coming back. If you’re looking for a shop with great vibes, great people, and great pulls, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

What I love most is the sense of community. They regularly host events and tournaments (primarily Pokemon and MTG, but they recently started hosting Star Wars Unlimited), making it a fantastic place to meet fellow collectors and player alike. It feels more like a gathering of friends than just a shopping trip.
