My first time entering this location. Staff was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Very reasonable prices on my purchase!

Great customer service and vibe. Staff is willing to help with every question you have regarding games or gameplay. Tables auto include game mats meaning you don't have to bring your own or are good if you forgot to bring it. Music was good too. Their 60% trade in value was a blessing too! As my collection paid for the new cards I was looking for, for the new deck. They can order the cards from either store of their 3 locations so you can pick them up when they arrive as well! Will definitely be back!

Updated rating as the merchant wants to provide incorrect data: Booster boxes purchased at $134.99 x4 and it’s now available online at a markup due to the current scalper situation. Pre-release kits at 44.99. Again, consider purchasing from this vendor, learn from me before getting burned! Original: Purchased 4 booster cases with the intent to receive a sealed booster case (there’s no mention of this on their website that they ship unsealed cases). When shipment was received, found 4 loose booster boxes. Would have considered my purchase had I known this. Additionally, bought prerelease kits at a markup; which is fine due to the current craziness of the market - but the booster case should have been given with the markups in price. Please consider this if/when purchasing.

The shop itself is nice, and clean with plenty of tables for players. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately the prices on their TCG products are laughable. Asking $110 for an ETB from newly released set is insane for a shop. If I wanted to pay scalper prices I’d just buy from my local scalpers and save the drive.

The customer service here was exceptional! I called with a list of cards I was looking for and they helped me find almost all of them and when I came in took the time to show me how to use their website to look them up at home. The prices were reasonable, and I got a good deal on some Pokemon while I was in. They also gave me some promos for free and took the time to talk to me about my collection. You've got a lifelong customer!
