stopped into this little (extremely small) game store expecting any else and instead I felt like I walk onto the set of daytime soap opera. forget that theyre absurdly marked up but it appeared to be the owner having a not loud but not quite argument with a woman who seemed like an ex, right there in front of customers. they were going back and forth about their son. at one point it sounded like they were accusing each other of being "unloyal." whether I misunderstood or not, it was incredibly awkward, and everyone in the store looked like they wanted to disappear. i don't care whose personal business it is customers shouldn't have to witness family drama while trying to browse board games. I came to buy bosster box for MY son, not front-row seats to a custody dispute. it didnt happen today but it crossed my mind and couldnt let it go. I drove all the way from drain because I have family in town. i was better off driving to eugene instead.

The gentleman that helped me get my card graded was great; the one I encountered after when I tried to sell it today, not so much. One way to lose customers is to treat them like they are stupid to their face by giving them extremely lowball offers in hopes that they don't know better. $33 for a card with a market value of easily $200 ~ $300 is insulting, I'm a little appaled you treat your customers like that, but maybe this is just a one time situation by one individual. Either way it was enough for me that going forward I will no longer do business here.

Hours said you were open until 10. I drove almost 2 hours and you closed when I drive up at 8:45. So rude! Proof of your character.

Some of the kindest staff/owners & community around. Started playing D&D and 40K at the shop and the hospitality has been amazing. Coby always asks how everyone is doing and everyone is welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. 👍🏻

I have to say it's a great place. It might be small and feel cramped at times, but that is thanks to the limited space they have to work with. Even then, Everyone has room to do stuff —from Magic: The Gathering to tabletop war games like Warhammer 40k. The Emperor Protects!!! It is thanks to this place and the staff that I truly got into 40k after being on the fence about it for years. They have helped me go from newb to someone who has a good grasp of the game. I will be coming back here to get more units for my army and paints for the models and minis I am working on. If they did not have it in stock, they would try to order it for you to pick up. I never felt cheated out of my money when I came in, nor did I feel forced to buy anything.
