Superscript Comics and Games

The primo place in Lakewood for any dice goblin. The atmosphere is lax, comics up front, games and graphic novels in the rear/to the side. Nice shopkeepers, and an amazing nutella-vision. I apologize, a new television. A welcome haven for all geekery and a daily roster of game events throughout the week. I will absolutely come back. Quite accessible, and LGBT+ friendly. Parking is on the side to the right, street parking is well... Lakewood street parking.

Love this place. This is my go to for when I need new MTG stuff or novels. They are always very happy and helping. I used to regularly play on commander nights, but being a parent makes it hard lol. Great place to go for tabletop games and meeting new people with the same interests.

The greatest place to get a board game in the greater Cleveland area. If you are looking for expansions to a familiar experience or attempting to wholly try something new they will have it or get it for you. Sean in particular is EXTRAORDINARY at making a recommendation. His knowledge is beyond valuable. Treat this colorful location with your visit and have a wonderful time there with almost every major TCG having an organized play night.

Overall a good local game store. Plenty of space to play TCG, Warhammer 40K, and TTRPGS and board games. Decent selection of comics and graphic novels and gaming needs. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I do wish they had a larger Gunplay selection rather than the 4 or 5 different kits they typically have. And a big hit for the location is unfortunately out of their control. Unfortunately with the small space if even one patron does not have the best personal hygiene the whole store smells like that one person and it lingers. I have walked out before any browsing because of this on several occasions. And it really is unfortunate that this is not the store's fault.

Great shop—Superscript Comics and Games is neat, well-organized, and easy to browse. The staff are knowledgeable connoisseurs who stay up to date on the latest comics and offer helpful guidance on games. Strong sense of community makes it more than just a store.
