Stump and Bones Collectibles
953 Hwy 9 Bypass West, 29720 Lancaster, South Carolina
We are a community driven store. every card game has a community and we make sure to take care of alll of them as best we can. the reason we are applying now after a year of operation is because we have been getting requests for riftbound as well as lorcana and if we are to carry the product we also want to support the play community that comes along with it.

I’ve been going to Stump and Bones for over a year now and honestly it’s become my favorite spot in the hobby. I heard about it when they first opened and I’ve been going back ever since. Zack is just a really good person, genuine, kind, and you can tell he actually cares about the people who walk through his door, not just the business. The store carries Pokémon, One Piece, Magic, and Gundam, and he runs tournaments for each one on a calendar he keeps inside the store. There’s always something going on for the community. I’ve used him for grading through PSA and Beckett, around 15 cards total, all high value. Every single one came back on time and in great hands. He takes it seriously and treats the submissions as his own. The process is always smooth and I’m always kept in the loop. Highly recommend it. If you haven’t been here yet, go check it out.

One year ago, my fiancee and I bought a house in Lancaster. We’re huge Pokemon fans and avid collectors, so it was a tough move losing our old LGS. We went to Walmart one afternoon and saw that there was a card store in the lot, after pulling up to the door we realized that they were closed. Two guys were at the front door and I asked them, “Are they not open?”. They replied with, “Do you want us to be?”. THEY WERE THE OWNERS! I met both Zach and Luke that night, and after a year of coming just about every Thursday, I can confidently say that they are two of the finest people I’ve met in this hobby. No nonsense, for the people, and a genuine guy, Zach is a pillar for the card communities in Lancaster. Luke stepped back to pursue other things, I wish him the best, and a newer member names Kaylee has joined the shop in his stead. One year I’ve been here and made so many friends that I can’t believe I could have missed out on. Thank you!

Stump and Bones has been my regular store for almost a year now. The owner, Zach, is very friendly and knowledgeable about multiple TCGs. The store’s stock varies between Magic, Pokémon, Gundam, and One Piece, and I believe there are regular tournaments for each TCG posted on the calendar inside the store. I have also used Stump and Bones for grading with Beckett and PSA. Zach always mentions which grading tier is recommended and is very transparent about where the cards are and when their expected return date is. He also has you sign when sending out and receiving the cards, so it is a very secure system. I have probably graded around $10k worth of cards with zero issues, so I would highly recommend it. Overall, you should come to this store!

I been coming to this shop for about a year, and I can say it really is they make you feel like part of the community. It’s obvious they love the hobby, they keep up with the meta for the games they sell and it’s obvious that they genuinely want to grow the community. There may be other places to get cards, but very few places that are run by people that grew up in the hobby. The difference between going to a shop that carries sealed products and a shop that knows everything about the products they sell is what makes all the difference these days and these guys definitely know their products backwards and front wards. The owners are welcoming of all skill level players and will always make sure to take time to explain what factors go into determining the value of their offers if you’re selling. They keep prices fair and are always willing to negotiate. They even tell you which shops pay more and encourage you to take better offers and will appraise your collection so you know what you’ve got. Overall I would say these guys care about the community, are experts in their field, have decades of playing and vending experience, and treat you like family which is a rare combination these days in this hobby. Definitely worth stopping in, even if it’s just to pick their brain and hangout. 7/5 stars

Owners are the nicest and most honest card guys I have ever met. Super friendly place to hang out with other TCG players and collectors. Great selection of packs and booster boxes. Plenty of loose cards to shop. Great quantity of graded as well. They have plenty of people coming in to play Magic, Pokemon, and One Piece. So happy that they opened up near me and can’t wait for D&D nights to start up! Get in to see them ASAP!!!!😁
