What a great venue! Friendly staff and a really good selection of draft beers. Visited midweek just after opening but could tell that they get busy. Especially when they host events. Nice merchandise selection. Crowlers available along with canned beers.

We hosted my daughter Bryanna’s baby shower at Strangeways and couldn’t have been more pleased with how the day came together. From the moment we started planning through supporting “day-of-event” needs - Lauren, Josh and his team were incredibly accommodating — attentive, flexible, and genuinely invested in making the event special. The space itself was a great surprise; warm, well-designed, and perfect for a private gathering without feeling stuffy. The beer selection is extensive and varied enough to satisfy every palate in the group — from hop-forward IPAs to more approachable options for the casual beer drinker. And then there’s the Twisted Roots Spiked Root Beer Hard Seltzer — dangerously good. The kind of drink that goes down so smoothly you have to remind yourself it’s not actually root beer. Consider yourself warned. What really sealed it was learning about their regular events — silent disco, trivia nights, karaoke — this is clearly a place that knows how to bring people together beyond just the pour. We’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend Strangeways for anyone looking for a venue that combines great craft beer with a team that actually cares about the experience.

What an outstanding experience. This brewery truly stands out. The selection is impressively diverse, going far beyond the expected IPA offerings. While IPA lovers will certainly be satisfied, the brewery excels in a wide range of high-ABV styles, including exceptional Belgian Tripels and Quadrupels, which were a personal highlight. From IPAs to Belgian ales, sours, and everything in between, there’s something here for every palate. They also showcase creative, unconventional options like a green “Lucky Charms” beer topped with marshmallows which add a fun and memorable twist to the lineup. To top it off, there’s a pizza food truck on-site serving excellent pies that perfectly complement the beer selection. Overall, a well-rounded and highly enjoyable experience. Check this place out!!!

Stopped by this weekend just to check out a different place and this was a nice find. Great selection of beers, a bit pricey, but the pours were good and the staff was friendly. There was a pizza truck and we took advantage of that and ended up with two pizzas...they were delicious! Always up for finding a Kolsch and Italian Pilsners and they had both. Turned out to be a win win. We'll be back and very interested in the live entertainment they offer. This is a large brewery with plenty of space inside and out, and they appeared to have some private event or gaming group in the back area. Also some dartboards available. Thanks

I ran a very large miniature war game as my 60th Birthday in the event space here. The facilities are excellent. The staff, especially Leila, took really, really good care of us. They can’t be beat. And the beer is excellent.
