Place was great I went to get a curiosity which is just a dollar and while I was there chatted with the shopkeeper I bought a strixhaven collectors pack and pulled insane stuff they gave me a more then fair trade in price and even let me split it with credit and cash. The workers are awesome the vibes are amazing and there is the cutest dog that will sit and wait for you to pet them. All in all I would say one of the best shops I’ve been to and I’ll definitely be back to play some games.

Chris always gives the best deals. I stop in everytime im up this way and he always has a great selection, takes the time to make sure everything is priced fairly, and is always willing to make a deal / help you get what you want. Ive also pre-ordered upcoming releases with them and ive never had a problem. Best card shop in the area, hands down.

I don’t typically write reviews, however I believe it’s best I share my experience just because of the questionable experience I had doing so. Firstly, I don’t ever come to this shop purely out of how it’s a 40 minute drive, so for me it’s not worth it unless I really want something, with that being said the first time I came to the store was last week and I saw a card that I was very interested in, however due to not wanting to pay for the full price of said card, I was told I could bring my cards in for trade value to help cover the cost. Surely enough the moment I could, 5 days later (Tuesday) I make the drive and come just exclusively to pick that card up. I come inside and tell the gentleman by the name Chris the reason I was there and if I could take a closer look at the card. I was told that I could and so I do, taking it out of the sleeve it was in and take a closer look at it. After evaluating the card’s condition I ask him if he would tell me what he thought the condition was. He tells me it’s a moderately-heavy played condition and I told him that I would have to disagree because of a crease that went across the bottom that automatically makes the card a damaged condition. Instead of apologizing that he hadn’t noticed and thought to lower the price as most typically do, he tells me he would need to pull it off the line and repair it himself because he knew he could make more money off of it. With all due respect, regardless of it being a business and its need to make a profit. If you leave a product out with the intention to make money off of said product then know what you’re selling. You don’t leave something out expecting to make money, not even knowing what you’re selling or its condition and then say “Oh I made a mistake that I didn’t catch for a extended period of time so I’m going to backpedal on selling now after I was corrected, once I had given the green light that it could be bought so I can make even more money off of it”. In the end he came around to selling the card, however it just left a very sour taste in my mouth afterwards. Especially because I collect because I love the hobby, not because I can make a quick buck.

Looking for a specific Citadel paint brought me to this store, and I’m glad it did. The staff was realistic and friendly, it felt like friends running a store. While they didn’t have what I was looking for, they offered to order it, and when I advised I did not live in the state, they recommended a completely different store that may have what I was looking for. Shop doggo assisted me in looking for the paint, and tried his best ❤️ super friendly pup and just wanted some love.
