Went by the store on a father/son road trip that took us through Hot Springs. My son and I had a blast going through all of the sports cards. It was a great atmosphere and the owners were awesome. I would highly recommend visiting this shop!

Spa City Cards is a first class establishment. They are friendly, fair with pricing. They have been fair with buying with me personally. I don't know any better place like it in the state. I highly recommend to all areas of collectors. From any sport or brand to Pokémon and Magic the Gathering plus many others. I really enjoy each time I have visited. Thank you Spa City Cards!!

For a card shop, very low on the customer service experience. 3 of our cards were overpriced after matching the prices to TCG. When bringing it to the owners attention, we were met with hostility, owner said “We price a lot of cards, mistakes are bound to happen.” One card was corrected, the other two, owner proceeded to argue about conditions. This business does not fit in the town of Hot Springs southern hospitality.

The 1st time I visited the LGS, I would say the shop met my expectations on what an good LGS is ment to be and then some. My second visited helped lose the luster the shop once held. I started off by looking at the singles and had my eye on one of them and asked if I could get it. I had already priced it on TCGPlayer and it's top dollar was just over $5. I was going to be fine with like a 5.50 ballpark but got hit with the, "That card will be around $8." I informed them it was more of a $5 card off TCGPlayer and then got hit with a $6.50 offer. Sure, better price, but it was that first offer, added with a now lower one, only because I brought the price difference to their attention. That action can make someone think, "Why didn't you offer me the lower one to begin with that was still off the mark by over 25% the market value. I would have still passed, but might have thought better of the shop if all the rest of our interaction didn't play out like it did. Then, I was informed by my wife that they inquired about a beverage from their stock of drinks and why they were expired. The 1st person told them the price was $3 and then the second person jacked up the price and told them it was $5. My wife asked, "Even when the drink is expired it's that price?" She was told, "Yeah. They're still good." Let's just say, I won't be pushing to visit this LGS anytime soon.

Hopped in here on a Saturday night and the place was packed! Fun, friendly owners cater to both sports cards and TCG gamers. It was clean and bright and family-friendly fun! Will definitely be back when we’re in town. Keep up the good work, Justin!👊🏻😊
