SOUTHERN PLAZA

Growing plaza, with new stores making it convenient for the area locals, waaay overdue updates are coming along, I see a brighter future ahead! Only problems I can see right now are the “Pot holes” in the driving path and the high grass along the fence especially behind Krogers where the fence separates the Plaza and the apartments, which is rare because the maintenance on the property is usually up to par! Edited version: PLEASE COME CUT YOUR GRASS!!! WE CANNOT ENJOY THIS BEAUTIFUL WEATHER WE’VE BEEN HAVING BY LEAVING OUR WINDOWS OPEN AND SITTING ON THE PATIO FOR THE STINCH OF “DEATH” COMING FROM DEAD ROADKILL/RODENTS LAYING IN YOUR HIGH GRASS AND WEEDS!!!!!

Nice place to go plenty of different stores variety of stores you can go in and out plenty of parking handicap accessible

1 of Southside Indy's jems! The outlet has every store occupied, which is very rare today, in a prime location and each store is a variety. You have a school, bookstore, Chinese food, beauty supply, Goodwill, Hardware store, Kroger and etc. Easy peezy stop for anything you need. If it isn't in this shopping center, there is another shopping center close by that is again mostly occupied with stores, etc. Check out the movie theater, Skating rink or hit that laundry laundry & tan for your all year summer golden glow.

This plaza and the road on its South side is owned by Southern Plaza SC LLC. They have numerous tire-popping potholes on this road. Be careful, and if you wish to file suit against Southern Plaza, use the small claims court from the township you live in.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Southern Plaza Shopping Center and was absolutely delighted with the experience! I initially set a strict $50 limit, which was a lovely thought, but entirely unrealistic given the sheer amount of good stuff this center has to offer. I ended up dropping $400! And honestly, I don't regret a single penny. The selection of stores is fantastic—it features a great mix of major retailers and unique local spots, ensuring there's something wonderful for everyone. Everything is well-maintained, clean, and the layout makes browsing an enjoyable, stress-free experience. Plus, there is plenty of convenient parking. If you're looking for quality, variety, and an environment that makes shopping a true pleasure, look no further than Southern Plaza. Just be prepared to leave with more than you planned—it's that good!
