went to this place for the first time and it was not a good experience came in to shop for some pokemon cards and young guy with glases at register ignored me and the family while he proceded to talk about magic cards with other sitting at a round table it was only when i stared him down for a few mins that he aknowledged my existence and decided to show me a few things it just felt like i was intruding in something they had going was not a good feeling at all to go into a store and just not feel welcome at all i can't recommend going to this place unless the actual owner is in house im sure he woulda been great to us im sorry i have to write this but it needs to be fixed pay attention to your customers!!

Staff are always helpful and friendly. Huge selection of board games. Good selection of MTG singles. Space to play. A great place to get some games in.

Simply not a store where you should ever try and play Magic. Cancelled an event which many Magic: the Gathering players were excited for the night before with just a post to their Facebook page. Too little notice, and to a platform largely unused by under-30s. If you learned about the event through one of the other platforms it was advertised on, including the official Wizards Event Locator, you simply wasted your Saturday. Staff were unapologetic and simply blamed Wizards for not providing them with promos on time, when better-run stores would simply not advertise an event they couldn’t run, offer to mail the promos to participants at a later date, offer to compensate players who chose to attend an event here instead of another store, etc etc. Instead the staff were more concerned with playing board games amongst themselves than addressing customer concerns.

Exceptionally welcoming and very kind: I came in here with both of my young children and we were treated as if we were family friends for years. I live 45 minutes away and I will be frequenting this store because of the Pokemon AND because the owners are amazing people. 10 stars

Hidden gem in a small town, awesome selection of singles. Fantastic staff! Large play area, lots of food options nearby. They ran a large magic event recently and had more than 80 players. Very well run.
