I made an order here that was lost by the post office and Saga Concepts went above and beyond in helping me trying to get my order. Will definitely shop here again. Great team with great customer service! Will definitely buy from here again. Not many places carry Digimon TCG like they do here.

Best local TCG store because they don't try to scalp you with inflated pricing like 99% of other stores. It's also the cleanest most organized store I've been to. You won't find slabs or singles here, but they have booster packs, packs, boxes, etc. Pokémon, MTG, Lorcana, etx. They also have hobby model kits and Warhammer hobby stuff.

Absolutely FANTASTIC store! Staff is super friendly and they've cultivated a great community to play tabletop games and TCGs. They always have good stuff in stock and they're prices are much better than other stores I've been to. If I could give them 6 stars, I definitely would!

I had a pre-order from them for One piece op 14 back in May 2025. On June 23rd 2025 I was involved in a really bad car accident leaving me with TBI, 7 herniated disk, 4 broken ribs and surgery on my wrist and have not been able to work since. I got an email on January 7th stating that my pre-order was on the way which I totally forgot because I was prioritizing recovery from the accident and I had to move in with family because Im not able to take care of myself at the moment. Called the store and they said to email the store online to get help because they would be able to help me. I emailed them Jan 7th 8th and 11th and 12th. They're online store manager CHADHA replied on the 12th saying -irs too late for him to do anything - under PayPal sellers protection they don't need to do anything because they are in compliance - I should've emailed them within the 8 months before the item was picked up by USPS to get it picked up at a warehouse with my ID -thsy when an item has a new address with compliance with the store it needs to be canceled. Which is was not I asked Teg why he didn't reply to my emails on January 7th 8th and 11th and he kept deflecting the question saying that unfortunately theirs is nothing they can do and the only way for s refund is for s return of the items and it's my fault because "this could have all been avoided at any point in the past 8 months if you had asked us to hold it at the warehouse or change the address" . I spoke to a store manager I believe and he said that they would investigate however he could only read some of my emails not all the ones I sent because it was not there or missing. At this point the online team has said they discussed it with the warehouse manager the store manager and the store owner and they cannot do anything because they are following the store policy and guidance. I hope none of you have any inconvenience problems like this be careful when ordering s preorder that is set out 8 months later and hope to God you don't move or get into a car accident because these people will not careif you were hospitalized, recovering or not. You're packaged will be shipped out and that's all on you . Edit. I assume my medical issues would be a unique circumstances for me to get the address changed per your guidelines section H of preorders Preorders may not be changed after they are placed. Address changes can only be permitted in unique circumstances with prior written confirmation from the Store.” However it feels like if my circumstances don't even make or quality for it it seems that the only circumstances is it the person is either dying or has passed away before you guys make the exception for your guidelines which is crazy. Tej CHADHA CEO cares more about money then he does the community or his customers. There is even a online Reddit post about him cancelling online orders because he tried to do some online advertising or something. Be wary if online orders and tej CHADHA For those of you who have the same problem just report this company to the states attorney general and the BBB. This store or warehouse clearly has more then one incident about online orders and if this keeps up they will just keep getting in trouble as long as they keep messing up
