Rockin Zebra soda shoppe

This place was amazing. The food was delicious. I did wish they served fries instead of chips. But the place was pretty awesome. I look forward to my next visit.

My husband and I brought our family to the parade on Saturday and came across what we thought was a cute ice cream shop. Our kids had been asking to visit an ice cream shop, so we were excited to stop in. Unfortunately, before we could even get inside, we were greeted by an older woman with, “What are you doing here?” There was no “Hello” or “Welcome in.” Our eyes hadn’t even adjusted from being outside, and it was immediately clear that we didn’t feel welcome. Rather than argue or stay where we felt uncomfortable, we chose to leave. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic kindness and respect when walking into a business. Based on our experience, we felt singled out and unwelcome, and it left a very disappointing impression on our family. We won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this business based on the way we were treated. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Was excited to try for the first time after moving to Canyon. We never got service, so I can't say anything about the food. We waited in the booth for 20 minutes, looking over the menus that the girl at the front counter gave us, and no one bothered to acknowledge us or take our order. There were plenty of workers behind the counter, giggling and having a good time, so I don't feel there was any reason for the wait.

What an awesome place, it’s like going back in time, exactly how I would imagine a soda shop would have been back in the 50s and 60s. Staff were amazing and food was delicious. Along with the memorabilia in the back of the store all over the walls and hanging from the ceiling, well WOW. Absolutely loved our time spent here. Extremely yummy frozen hot chocolate 🙂.

The service is as sweet as the ice cream here. This is the perfect place for lunch or dinner. The salad was a moderate size and tasted great. If you are very hungry try one of the burgers. This was a fun place to eat and look at all of the retro items on the walls.
