Rock 30 Games

About a year ago, I started collecting retro games and consoles and this is definitely the best place to do it. Fair prices and fair trade-ins. I recently purchased a New Nintendo 3DS XL that was having battery issues. I took it in and the guy at the counter replaced the battery and its been working ever since.

I had an issue with my xbox and my buddy recommended bringing it to rock30 to check it out. They were able to figure out my issue within a few minutes and had what I needed right away. Even blew the dust out free of charge. When I offered a tip he turned me down and said if anything just leave a review. Thank you guys so much for getting me back to gaming the same evening!

Rock 30 is awesome. I ordered from their online store. What a great experience. I ordered a Dreamcast console and oh boy, it was in excellent condition. No yellowing anywhere. Compared to other video game stores, they have really good deals. I will not hesitate to order from rock 30 and you shouldn’t either. Customer for life 👍

Rock 30 Games is hands-down one of the best places we’ve ever dealt with for buying, selling, and trading games and collectibles. They always give us a really fair price when we bring in items for credit or cash—never any lowballing or hassle. What I love most, though, is how welcoming and kid-friendly the staff are. My 9-year-old son feels completely comfortable walking right up to the front desk on his own. The team treats him with genuine respect—they smile, ask good questions, listen patiently, and make the whole experience fun and easy for him. He loves chatting with them and selling his own stuff without any pressure. Today we worked with a young lady we’ve spoken to on the phone and in person multiple times, and she’s consistently amazing. So kind, patient, and wonderful with both me and my son—whether we’re asking questions or just chatting about shared interests. Everyone we’ve encountered there has been friendly, helpful, and truly impressive. It’s such a breath of fresh air to find customer service this good in today’s world. If you’re in Bismarck and into games, do yourself a favor and check them out—you won’t be disappointed!

I like my friend Carter, the manager at Rock and 30s. He’s a wonderful nice guy. I like ordering limited edition consoles from him. He’s been very helpful. I’m sure so many people can agree with me. Some of us, are getting tired of the new lady that works there the other day I was there selling some stuff. She was really rude and cocked ann attitude with me. I’m sure I’m not the only one that is not liking her or her attitude. She doesn’t even know how to pair or work a gaming systems or hook anything up I was there for almost an hour and a half or longer cause she couldn’t figure out how to pair my gaming console
