Ready. Set. Game

Great store for collectables with a wide variety of Pokemon cards from vintage to modern. Very fair market trade ins and on shelf prices. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store for buying, selling and trading.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Each year I take a trip down to Melbourne and every time I always visit I'm Welcomed by all the staff on any different day Always asked if I need help with anything The store owner always dose his best to make conversation with his customers and make good reasonable deals on either games or cards. I've been a returning customer even before when it this use to be called play and trade back when it was under a different owner an I was worried it be changed into another store like the Gorilla game stores that use to be all over Melbourne but no instead we got a game store that was sold to the right person who cares about his customers and enjoys what they do. All the other 1 star reviews that are posted on here are inaccurate and I cant believe any of them. I live basically in another state and vacation here to see friends, family, etc. For a customer who no longer lives in this area to pay this store a visit go's to show that the owner and staff care about their business, customers and enjoy their job. Again thank you all very much

Stopped by today for the first time and after a semi embarrassing moment. (My fault) everyone in the store was very welcoming and informative. I traded in a bunch of cards and the whole process was great. My “Neck Beard” (Joke from our conversation) explained everything he was doing and was great to talk too. They have a great selection and take the time to actually help you and if you don’t know something they will gladly explain without making you feel stupid. I’ve been to many LCS’s and by far this is one of the best. Thank you so much for a great experience! I’ll see you guys again soon. 😀

Professional, knowledgeable, and nice staff. Good selection of magic, Pokemon and other card games. Fair and reasonable pricing.

If you’re a collector or player in Brevard, you know how hard it can be to find a shop that balances fair pricing with genuine expertise. After spending time at various shops in the area, I can confidently say that Ready Set Game is the gold standard for trading cards and video games in our community. My primary focus is Pokémon TCG, and my experience here has been top-tier across the board. Here’s why they earned a 5-star review: Knowledgeable & Detail-Oriented Staff: The team here actually knows the hobby. They don’t just move product; they understand the nuances of the market. What I appreciate most is their transparency on condition. They are incredibly detail-oriented, giving fair consideration to every card. You never have to worry about "hidden" wear—they are upfront and honest, which is rare in this industry. More Than Fair Pricing: In a hobby where prices can feel inflated, Ready Set Game is consistently fair. Their pricing is competitive with (and often better than) all other establishments in the area. It makes supporting a local business a no-brainer when you know you aren’t being overcharged. A Personal Experience with the Owner: I recently had a fantastic experience where the owner sold me three vintage collections in excellent condition for a very fair price. Beyond the sale, he took the time to ask about my specific collection goals and offered to keep an eye out for certain cards to help me reach my next milestones. That level of personal investment in a customer’s hobby is what sets this place apart. Whether you are a competitive player looking for deck staples or a collector hunting for high-end vintage, Ready Set Game treats everyone with the same level of respect. They truly care about the local gaming community. TLDR: If you are in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area, this is the premier destination. Highly, highly recommended!
