Popular Universe

The first time I came here I didn't even realize it was a release night and yet knowing no one here it felt like I had been coming here for forever. The store's patrons were all nice, polite and having a good time, not too mention walking in and the staff was right there welcoming me to the store and was super fun to talk to, then met the owner that guy is polite, professional, doesn't talk down to you like some of these other stores do if you don't everything. Selection is great, inviting atmosphere, fair prices as well, honestly some of the best I have seen around, this store has a customer for the foreseeable future and I recommend you give them a chance!!!!

I've gone to a few card shops up until this point, but so far I haven't found a shop with more fair prices or a community as inviting and thriving as the one growing here. I suggest it to everyone I know!

Popular Universe is a cozy comfort card store where you will be kindly greeted by the wonderful staff while welcomed to play, hang, trade and more. There is a good selection of magic the gathering and pokemon singles/sealed product as well as other card games and even plush toys! I have attended pokemon standard play and pre-release here with great turnout and casual friendly players. The prices at this store are not greedy, which is harder and harder to come by, and all of these traits keep me coming back! I greatly recommend stopping by and sharing your nerdy hobbies at this up and coming community store.

My sons wanted to get their Pokemon cards appraised and I had no clue where to start. Eric said they could come in and he'd take a look. He spent a good amount of time looking at their cards, educating them on what graders look for and how to properly care for cards if they're looking to sell and invest. He was generous with his time and expertise! While we are not yet customers, I will take my kids here to purchase cards rather than a chain store because of how kindly and respectfully he treated my children. Thank you, Popular Universe!

A one of a kind comic book experience!!! The murals on the walls are awesome!. Great selection of Golden & Silver Age back issues. Love the Micronaut case! Pokemon and Magic cards galore!!! Awesome original comic art available as well!!!
