NEVER. Will I ever do business here again, my husband and I have spent $1000s, done many buy lists and trades but they’ve gone so far downhill. Literally this is a bunch of crooks that just tried to steal so many cards. We both recently turned in buy lists, and they were declined “due to poor condition” but every single card is perfectly fine. Penny sleeve kept and put away immediately. When I went to pick up my cards they only returned a FRACTION of what we give them. And when I went through my “declined cards” after leaving the store I was missing over $100 worth of cards AND sealed promos. When I went back into the store and told them they didn’t give me all my cards back they knew exactly what ones I was talking about, where they were and then proceeded to ask me if “I wanted them all back” AFTER I’d caught them trying to keep the other cards. They fully intended to keep my cards and promos, without giving any store credit/money and supposedly declining them to the condition. If I hadn’t of gone back in and asked a SECOND time for my cards they would’ve kept them. Picture of what I got back, in my hand on the right side. They tried to keep EVERYTHING in my husband’s hand, all the IRs, sealed promos, all of it. What a shame this hobby has turned into and all the people in it.

I’ve had an outstanding experience purchasing Pokémon cards from Poke-Collect. The selection is impressive, with a great variety of sealed products, singles, and specialty items that cater to both collectors and players alike. Orders have always been packaged with exceptional care, shipped promptly, and arrived exactly as described. What really sets Poke-Collect apart is their commitment to customer service. The team is responsive, professional, and clearly passionate about the Pokémon hobby. Whether you’re looking for the latest releases, hard-to-find cards, or simply a reliable place to grow your collection, they consistently deliver a first-class experience. I highly recommend Poke-Collect to anyone looking for a trustworthy source for authentic Pokémon cards and collectibles. I’ll definitely continue shopping with them and look forward to future releases!

Used to love coming here, as far back as when they split a building with JC’s. Then they moved to Madison and all 4 of my friends and my wife always enjoyed going in and getting cards. Used to go and get releases of Japanese Pokemon cards, as they carried these and it was the first time I ever bought foreign cards. So exciting. Used to go at least once a month and browse singles, promos, etc. They had fair prices, and tons of different items. Now I look and I see ETBs, that are $49.99 MSRP, on presale for $150-$200. Premium collections that MSRP for $200, on presale for $899. If I wanted to support scalpers, I’d save a drive and buy on eBay. Sad to see a very awesome local card store try to rake profits. And I get it, to a point. If they wanted to sell for an extra 10%, cool. I’ll support local at a little bit of an increase. But it’s obvious they’re pricing based on “market price”…which is scalper price. Not saying anything negative about the owner or employees, everybody wants to make money. But they lost me and all 4 of my friends doing this. I’m sure they’ll run no problem, but I hate to see it. Nowadays my wife and I just want to get our little girl some cards, and we refuse to pay bloated prices for it.

Me and my family got back into Pokemon and introduced our little to the hobby! Once we found out about this place, we couldn’t stop coming back for more! Everyone in there is so chill and welcoming. We made it a thing to go over there to fulfill our binder collection and they’ve always been a lot of help especially today for a special bday card for our little! 😊 ( They also have all the cute ditto transformed pokemon plushies as well) 🤭
