How to start... well, it was my 1st time here, and the vending ate 5$ from my son. we got here at open(2pm) because they took the time to write a whole paragraph message in the bandai app saying 1st come 1st serve the day of the tournament, allowing regular players to sign up on the day of. Not local players, not regulars. The post said REGULAR players. Show when i show up at 2pm with my son trying to get into this pre release, they give me the hassle that they are full and I'll have to go on the waiting list despite what the bandai app said. Then the manger proceeds to start giving me strikes like we were playing base ball. The only pitches I gave him were "im a regular customer just like all your workers are regular workers and all those car on the road are regular cars out side." And then I told him im a painter and if I was told to paint something regular paint color that called for regularS paint color, I would get fired or have to fix my problem I made because regular and regulars are 2 different shades of paint. At the end, we did get in and played in the tournament. The store allowed cheating and refused to check the cameras to verify what I said. Then they refused to sell me a box after everything.

Went in to get a Hobbit collector booster box and they tried to charge 1200. Every other store in the area is under 800. This was after release date sad to see a local lgs trying to price gouge customers. Will never shop there again. The owner responded about decreased inventory and protecting long time customers. I guess 1200 boxes protects people. Be real your store is greedy and after reading a lot of reviews this is a common practice for your store.

I have patronized this business quite a few times and have spent a lot of good money on their Yugioh singles and sealed cases of product. The one time I try to trade a $710 new card for store credit the trade person just acted so uninterested and gave me a $350 trade offer. I couldn't believe how predatory and disgusting the offer was and instantly made me angry and didn't even bother to say anything else after that and left. Are these seriously the business practices here at this establishment? I understand if I was looking for cash 50% wouldn't be out the ordinary but to offer that for trade credit is absolutely egregious and they should be ashamed. Why would anyone accept that? If I'm keeping the money in house at least train your staff to treat customers with a semblance of respect and offer 70% minimum. I really don't think I'll be supporting this business anymore because of the experience and I only ever recommended many people to shop here and will no longer be doing that. There are many other local shops that gladly offer 75%-80% trade and are actually a pleasure to do business with. It was a waste of time and gas to travel here to only be disrespected.

This place is a great environment to blow off some steam while enjoying games with others. They are reasonable with their prices on their products and in their vending machine they have 50 cent bottled waters. In this economy!?! First time in today but will definitely come back again!

A conflicted review. I wasn't a huge fan of the layout, as soon as you walk in you have a few options, to your right is a little shopping area, directly ahead of you is an open gaming area with tables/chairs, it appeared there was an event or something going on as there was a timer on one of the TVs counting down from 20 minutes. Finally to your left is a bunch of single cards from various trading card games, primarily focused on MTG and Pokémon. They had some others, but those were the primaries. The singles card selection is huge, quite a nice collection. I don't play but I do visit all the game stores in the valley, I'm a moderately detailed guy, I wasn't a huge fan of their prices on the cards themselves. I thought they had a pretty good selection of everything you'd need for cards though and storing them. I am conflicted because it looked like there was more product in the back area where everyone was playing but it seemed inconvenient to access. People seemed active in that room/area and it seemed like I would just be in the way if I decided to look over there. I did ask if I could take a couple pictures (permission granted), I only took pictures of the area on the right (from the entrance) since it was moderately busy. They do have snacks and drinks. I don't know if they charge you money to play on the tables or if it's free, the single employee it looked like was busy the entire time. It was kind of hard to tell who was who on the employee front. I read through the reviews of this establishment going back 5 years, I'd say overall people enjoy their experiences gaming here although they do seem to have some favoritism type pricing structure with who gets to purchase what at certain prices. I don't like the owner's responses to people who left him negative reviews, while detailed, they don't seem very friendly, I did not meet them in-person, just judging from their own review responses. Overall it looked like a great place to play MTG/Pokémon or other trading card games, that seemed to be their jam. There didn't appear to be much D&D or Warhammer going on.
