Parallax Games

This place is great for finding warhammer 40k models. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I have had a great experience with this store and everyone who works there. The staff genuinely care about the gaming community and create a welcoming environment for new players. When I was completely new to Magic: The Gathering, they took the time to explain how the game worked and helped me build my first deck. This is one of the few stores that seem to care more about building lasting relationships with their customers than about making a quick sale. I would strongly recommend them to anyone interested in gaming or joining a new community.

Similar to another customer story I see on here, I pre-ordered a product and was never called or notified of anything, had to physical stop in to the store to be told “oh we didn’t get enough of those to fill your preorder sorry”

UPDATING bc idk if i can reply to business. Messages yall on FB. This business has handled the situation AMAZING. My only reason Leaving review was to contact business. Bought a card off eBay. It was a fake card and a fake PSA slap/label.wanting business to reach out. It shipped from New York City but return address is the business. My guess is it may be to avoid the seller providing their actual address.

Great store only if you can figure out when they will be open. Checked hours today online, suppose to be open at 1pm got there and waited for 20 minutes and no one opened the store. After a while I notice a little sign on front door saying they were not opening until 3pm. Would have been nice if something was posted online, I live 20 minutes out of town made special trip to go to store. I try and support my local gaming store but its tough when I don't know the hours. I typically wouldn't be this frustrated but this isn't the first time this has happened to me. I know I wasn't the only one, I watched 3-4 others show up and leave after reading the sign.
