It's a cool place with a great selection of cards. The people are friendly and most of the employees are kind except for one, Jonathan. I've talked with some friends that go there more often and they've said the same for my experience. He wasn't very welcoming at all, kind of ignored us too. I don't write this to be mean, I understand catching people on bad days or if theyre generally not talkative since I am mostly the same, but theres a level you should maintain especially when you're at work. Again, I'm sorry if any of what I said was rude or if I caught him on a bad day or anything. This place is still awesome and probably the best in Fort Smith for any TCGs.

The only reason it isn’t a 5* review, is simply the hygiene factor. Please encourage people to show up in clean clothes and showered with deodorant on. However, everyone is friendly. Every customer and every employee is fantastic. I have never been given a bad deal. They treat every transaction fairly and are very helpful to all new players to all hobbies. The owner grant, has vast knowledge and can probably answer just about any question. There’s tons of tables. They provide food and drinks and host a variety of tournaments. However I realllly dont like showing up on Saturdays haha. It’s so loud due to beyblade tournaments that after an hour my head feels like it's going to explode. Grant and Johnathan are really awesome. There is another gentleman there who helped me get shocklands that i couldnt afford. He is awesome and i am sorry I cant remember his name. Know what, i am changing it to a 5*.

Sold a few of my Pokemon cards here! Wonderful service! Andddd you don't get ripped off ! Extremely good people. Will only do business with this company from now on. I walked in not knowing a whole lot about what I had and the man behind the counter was extremely helpful! Even gave me some tips on what to look for. Thank you P&M Gaming !!!

Great place to play all sorts of TCGs. Super convenient hours, location, and an awesome staff. Plenty of parking since it’s at Central Mall, plus they’ve got snacks if you get hungry or thirsty and don’t want to leave. Great selection of MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece, Lorcana, and Vanguard. Nice selection of Pokemon card singles too. They host a lot of tournaments, so there’s always plenty of stuff to do-that’s for sure. Definitely my favorite place when it comes to TCG shops in Fort Smith. Highly recommend stopping in, they’ll make you feel right at home.

I love going to this shop. The staff is super friendly and always up for a chat about the latest set. It's become my regular spot to pick up new packs and play some games. The atmosphere is chill and welcoming to everyone, no matter their skill level. Seriously, this place rocks.
