Not recommend coming here First of all its a offical store but they didnt really sell any cards here only like one kind and old Second i came here all the way from far Might as well play some gacha Then the gacha feel like a scam Even they do write it on the machine But who make machine that just eat all ur moeny and no refund And the cashier also dont want to help or deal with it Whats the point as a bandai offical store Its not even some local store renting the machine Cant imagine how bad the offical store make things liek this

Great and friendly service! 3 stars for nothing being in stock. With a 6 pack limit I would have hoped there be some leftovers. BANDAI, please keep this place stocked a open a store in orange county

Extremely poor organization for release events, Waited 3 hours early off a 1.5 hour drive like many others to get op14 on release for MSRP because local stores are selling for 260$+ thanks Bandai btw. Come 8ish and they walk out handing tickets to COME BACK at a time slot(mine was 4pm!) because a store does not want to sell to their own line? Several people wasted hard earned gas, spent money and took off work to make it. When this was explained as I have a major Dr. Appointment today at 1, I said that sucks but I guess ill just casually shop inside there for some sleeves so i can atleast make the trip worth something. Nope! They had the 9am ticket holders go shop for 20 minutes get their things and just refused to sell casually, definitely never making the trip back, would it have been too much to ask to set guidelines for HOW you are going to distribute releases???? Just say you are handing out timeslots to come back for purchases, entire day just felt like a joke and I missed other local stores open get cleared out while i was driving back home!

Huge shoutout to Alex at the One Piece Card Store! She made my entire visit feel amazing. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about what she does. You can tell she really loves helping people and building community. Thanks to her, I left with exactly what I needed and a big smile. She’s a gem and this shop is lucky to have her!

Wanted to add: corporate hasn’t given them a phone yet, so the number on here goes to Bandai. I added it, as it’s what is on their receipts. Don’t blame them. Check @opcgshopus on instagram for more info, including shop stock updates on Mondays, and tournament info. Brand new store in Mitsuwa that is an official Bandai One Piece card game seller. Meaning they charge retail for their cards instead of gouging you. They also have a selection of gashapon at the front of the store. Both times we have gone the employees have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Their enthusiasm for the game shows in how they interact with customers! They don’t have a huge selection, as they only sell official one piece card game items, but they do have far far more to choose from than any other card store we’ve been into. (Aside from a Bandai card store in Yokohama) They carry starter decks, single booster packs, booster boxes, card sleeves, hold tournaments, introductions to the games, and preview events.
