Stopped going here when our group noticed staff would encourage customers to open packs by the front counter so they could count hits. If the boxes got low on packs and the remaining hits hadnt been opened by anyone yet, the workers would ring it up for themselves so they could swipe the better cards while leaving the duds for customers. Super shady and haven't been back since

The manager Aiko is incredibly rude and plays favorites. She is actively hostile to customers she doesn't like and creates a hostile play environment. Employees set aside product for themselves before it even gets to the shelves, which are already barren; go to their Gurnee location or another local shop if you want cards. Employees do not know how to play the game they're selling and are visibly on their phones during shifts. This place used to be fun and welcoming to all players and had plenty of stock, but all of that friendly atmosphere has vanished since management changed. All the regulars I played with have since decided to avoid this shop and take our business elsewhere. It's a shame upper management has let this store get to this state.

I've been loving coming here to play, make friends, and talk One Piece 😎. The staff are awesome. They give people who actually play and enjoy the franchise a chance to buy. Thank you to the staff and fans for the good times

I’ve always loved coming here to buy cards, build decks, and continue learning the game. The store is two hours away from me, but I make the trip because I’ve consistently had great experiences. Unfortunately, yesterday was very disheartening. I waited in line for two hours and wasn’t able to get a ticket. I’m not upset about missing out. I understand that stock is limited. What upset me was being told by an employee that people who didn’t receive a ticket should come back at 5 p.m., as there would be stock available. Based on that information, I decided to stay in the area and make a day of it so I could return at 5 and hopefully purchase a box. When I came back at 4:30 and asked when boxes would be handed out, I was told they wouldn’t be available until the next day and that it might be another ticket system. Several others had returned with the same understanding, and when we spoke to staff, we were told all they could do was “say sorry.” We were also told that their employee would never have said to come back, though more and more people arrived sharing the exact same information. I completely understand limited supply and ticket systems. What’s frustrating is the misinformation. Had we been given accurate information from the start, I would have gone home earlier instead of spending the entire day waiting for an opportunity that wasn’t actually available. It was very unfortunate how this situation was handled, especially since I’ve always had positive experiences here before

Staff were very friendly and the area was clean. They only had three boxes though it seems like they sell out quicker than other stores. I was happy they have a limit and also that they’ve left the plastic films on them. As a player and collector I greatly appreciate this. Everyone gets a chance to get product and also helps those collecting boxes in mint condition.
