The employee who checked us out was rude. The chip reader wasn't working, so she grabbed my card and said she had to put the number in. When I asked why couldn't I do that she said it is good customer service, and walks away and it wasn't a friendly response. My husband then said to me that was good customers service ? And she yells back at us yes that is good customer service, and I yell back no it isn't you jumped on me for asking a question. Then she cuts me off and says by ma'am. My problem with this is she takes my card and puts all the info including my security number on the back of the card. This info is not for her. Good customer service is listening to the customer. I asked a simple question and she blew up..

Rude, dishonest & unprofessional… it’s tolerated as it starts at the top with owner pharmacist unethical Scott. Kelly is the epitome of unprofessionalism by telling a client they couldn’t have their meds ordered from the ER… “not today” & she “didn’t know” when they could. They don’t fill prescriptions sent until one comes to pick it up, so they have to stand again in a long line. They’ve never opened their drive-through.

Friendliest people there are. They have the best customer service. They sometimes have trouble acquiring more rare drugs, but that has only happened once.

Had to make an emergency stop at the pharmacy while driving through town on vacation, and wow, I am blessed and thankful it was there. I am beyond blessed. This is the best pharmacy. I cannot imagine anyone having a cross thing to say about this place or the people who work there as they are the best of the best. Thank you for treating me well and taking care of my emergency needs. You are wonderful asset to that community. I see why there are so many glowing reviews. You are worthy of them.

This is the best pharmacy in the state. We are beyond blessed to have such a knowledgeable pharmacist in our area. That is truly a blessing. I am so grateful they know everything about my Medicaid insurance. They were patient and answered all of my questions. This is the place to go when someone needs their prescriptions filled. I am grateful for the team here and their professional manner in addressing all my needs. It can be difficult to juggle all the different types of insurance out there, so I feel blessed for this wonderful resource. Ocean Shores is lucky to have such a helpful and wonderful pharmacy team in this area. Thank you for all you do to serve our community and consider me a lifetime customer.
