Nex-Gen Comics

My husband and I came here to get knowledge and help with magic and we're excited for their mtg nights. Steve was very helpful.

Owner is super friendly and the store has a great atmosphere with a solid selection and bulk from any set you could want if you're an MTG player

Always a welcoming environment for all ages. Best card shop in New England Ive been to with a killer Commander community. If you haven’t paid this place a visit yet and you’re looking to get your neck beard on, this is the place.

Edit: I moved away and I learned a lesson I didn't know I needed to learn. This shop has a unique community and owners that makes you want to move back to the area. Can't replace. Initial: Really friendly people there players and workers alike. Owner is awesome and makes you feel welcome.

Staff is great, place is relatively clean and has good selection of comics and figures. They really don't have much in the realm of trading cards, minimal cards cluttered in the case, and about 20 copies of the same cards that no one wants in the boxes behind the counter. Sat down to play a game of Magic and was told by the people there that they way I was trying to win did not work as I intended. I politely explained that it in-fact did, pointed out the rules that I was referencing, and was just given the cold shoulder as they picked up their cards, people around gave me looks of "wow, what a jack***." I picked up my belongings and left. If you're looking for a casual card game experience, this is the place for you, because if you're more competitively focused than the regulars who play there, don't expect to feel welcome anymore, they have some sort of vendetta against those who want to experience more high level play. Won't be coming here again because of this experience, people shouldn't alienate others for playing a card game the way they like to play.
