Michael and Simon are such a pleasure to work with. Michael makes very fair deals and Simon just makes the entire experience in the store so enjoyable. We have great conversation he provides friendly advice and guidance when we ask him questions. The experience in the store is just amplified when Simon is around.

Highly recommend this LCS! Mike and his team are fantastic people who clearly love what they do. Every employee is knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely enjoys their area of expertise—whether it’s comics, trading cards, collectibles, or whatever else they specialize in. They’re always friendly, helpful, and happy to chat about the hobby or give solid recommendations. The shop has a great vibe and feels like a real community hub for collectors. If you’re looking for a welcoming local spot with awesome staff who actually care about the products and the customers, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back!

This has become our family’s go to shop for cards! We stop by regularly and are always greeted by friendly, welcoming staff who make every visit enjoyable. They have a great selection, a fun atmosphere. Whether you’re a serious collector or just stopping in to browse, this is a fantastic local shop. Highly recommended!

This store use to be great, somewhere along the way management stopped caring about customer service and inherited a sense of "buy something or get out" I've made a few trade and purchase deals with them over the years and everything I've sold or traded them gets resold relatively quickly. It's a shame knowing I should take my business elsewhere if I don't want to feel like an inconvenience. One review never means much but as someone who goes out of his way to be polite, only bring in items of genuine value, and always willing to take a lower price (50% or less most times) it's sad when a local stops treating their loyal customers with equal respect. Shout out Rodger, the one dude there whose always been patient, kind and makes time to do business with everyone. Response to owner reply: My frustrations did not stem from not having my games(5 total) reviewed or taken in, it was with the lack of consideration for a long time customer who drives 30 minutes just to do business with this store(I didn't mention that someone else came in with a bag of sports cards after me that were promptly taken in while I waited for my games to be reviewed (which he offered to do and after 20 minutes decided in the middle of it he was too busy). I was never told my games didn't make sense to purchase and to call them "very used" is meant devalue my experience and make me seem unreasonable. Retro games are almost always "used" which is what I deal in primarily. Other customers will make their own determination based on their experiences. Hopefully the marginalized will be heard as well. I run a company as well and feel if even 1/100 customers is dissatisfied, I have something to improve. I'm not upset for petty reasons, though I understand making it seem that way is a better look than admitting any fault on your part. It's okay, my business can always go somewhere else and fortunately, won't be missed. Final reply: Mike, Go look at your 1 star reviews and you'll see a pattern of poor customer service as the #1 thing. Honestly since the day I asked you about the random $5000 rock with no explaination on it in the cabinet, (really sucks that someone broke into the store, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone, but you legitimately made me feel like you were accusing me of being the perpetrator after I asked about it) youve been atrocious to deal with, which is why I try avoiding you altogether. You're still making money off the things your store has purchased from me so again, save face on here all you want, and good luck with the expansion, but as we all know, systemic issues only get worse the bigger you grow. If anyone wants a great store that treats ALL its customers with respect and DOESNT have scalper prices, head down the road to Play N Trade at White Oak.

Every single worker in this store acknowledges us when we walk in, offers to help the kids or ask if they're looking for anything in particular. They provide fair pricing and fair trades. They also don't allow scalping, which gives kids the opportunity to purchase cards/boxes/etc. Their selection is fantastic, but their service is far superior than any local shop around!
