NerdinOut Inver Grove Heights

My little nephew (10 years old) had gone to this store to buy squishies with money he has been saving for months. He spent $77 dollars and when he got back home to open his toys 2 of them were popped. We called and they said no refunds no returns no store credit. We would understand if he had just changed his mind or something but he was sold defective/damaged merchandise. Whether this was a vendor in their store or whatever they are being scammy to CHILDREN. Weird.

Stopped in specifically for Pokémon cards. The store had a very limited selection of singles and almost nothing in the mid- or higher-value range. I also saw Chaos Rising booster bundles priced at $60 when current online market pricing was around $30. The store may be better for other collectibles, but I wouldn’t recommend making a special trip here specifically for Pokémon.

I never worry if they will have anything I want, I already know when I'm heading there I'm going to find something interesting. And now that they have vendor counters to look through there is even more variety of items. Never know what you will find here. Cool place with really nice staff.

Went in to sell some Pokémon cards. Was asking 65%-70%. I wasn't expecting much. The lady not only drops my card, but she's comping the cards wrong as well. Doesn't know the difference between a master ball card and a common card. Not sure how they are trained but yall got to understand, if you are having your employees do the comping, they not only need to know what to look for in quality but what the product is to begin with. She never once asked if what she was looking for was correct. Sorry dunno her name. She wasn't rude but honestly just didn't know what she was doing. I canceled the sale because i did not trust any of her other comps. Sorry never coming back there again.

Honestly, I didn’t get past the pinball machines. Super fun and I will go back. I would love it if they had an hourly play option for a fee.
